Musty bathroom
The house is overall very nice, but one of the en-suite bathrooms had a strong unpleasant musty/mildewy smell and we couldn’t use it. We kept the door closed and ran the bathroom fan the entire time. The adjoining bedroom also had an unpleasant smell that seeped over from the smelly en-suite bathroom. I let the property manager know twice while we were there for a week, and they said they would send someone over. But no one ever came.

I cannot recommend this property.
The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, and is in a great location. That being said, there were definitely some serious issues here. First, the pictures of the yard were somewhat misleading. There was no grass at all so we had to walk our dog in the neighborhood each time he had to go out. The more serious issue was that we immediately noticed a terrible odor in one of the bedrooms and adjacent bathroom. This issue was clearly already known to management because there were several odor eliminator cannisters in the bedroom and bathroom. Because of the odor, one of our guests was unable to stay at the property with us as that bedroom/bathroom were completely unusable. The property management company (Vacasa) was contacted multiple times about this issue. Their solutions included providing some air freshener spray or moving us to another property which was smaller and had stairs (not possible for us due to mobility issues). They did not come to the property to assess the problem or even offer to do so. I would normally overlook small problems and give a positive review. However, because of these issues and their impact on our plans, and the lack of an acceptable response from the management company, I cannot recommend this property. I also will not stay at another property that is managed by Vacasa.

Absolutely perfect!
For exceeded our expectations. There is actually a two car garage with parking for two vehicles plus parking for two vehicles in the driveway, plus easy parking on the street. Everything exceeded what was listed. And, the physical layout of the house is incredible. The design allows for separation for those who want to stay up later and not disturb those going to sleep early. We were pleased well in excess of our expectations. Five stars all around.

Wonderful house for a large group in a fantastic area
We had a group of eight stay in this property for the weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. There was lots of communal space both inside and on the front patio and the plentiful beds and bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. The house is in a wonderful area with access to restaurants (I highly recommend El Primo for your breakfast taco needs), coffee and other amenities all within a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

Nice house, but not as advertised and horrendous customer service
We stayed at this property over the last weekend, and, unfortunately, the property was not as listed on the VRBO site. The beds were listed as double beds in 2 rooms and 1 king bed in the master. We showed up to 2 twin beds in one room and 2 double beds in one room and a king in the master - this did not match our needs with a house full of only adults. Additionally, the internet does not work, none of the TVs are connected to anything, so you can't watch anything on them (and without a working internet, there was no way to stream anything from our devices onto them). When we notified vacasa customer service, quite frankly, we got the run around. They didn't know what was listed on VRBO about the bed and room layout and never even tried to address the internet issues. We had to send them screenshots of the incorrect listing along with pictures of the rooms as they were, and we, to this day, have not received a response that addresses the issues. My take is that vacasa is a company with many properties they cannot adequately manage and support from a customer service perspective - from our experience, you should not a) expect their listings to be correct regarding the amenities, rooms, and beds and b) expect any sort of support should something not be correct or working right - it was a horrendous experience. In the future, we will avoid any properties owned/managed by vacasa.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO BOOK WITH
Unfortunately, the same week that we were supposed to stay at this property we had a death in the family. On the day it happened, I reached out to the host to let them know we had a funeral to plan and could no longer stay at the location over the weekend, and if there was any way to get some type of refund (I even asked for a cleaning fee refund if they were unwilling to refund a portion of the trip). Instead of expressing any type of condolences or human decency they responded the way I’m sure any type of money hungry organization would have and kept quoting policy. Their inability to be flexible in ANY capacity (I didn’t even stay at the location- there was absolutely nothing to clean and no need for a cleaning fee?) would have me weary to stay at this property if I were you. They will quote policy after policy to you and leave you thinking you are speaking to a robot and no actual people. What a terrible experience this was.

Such a fun place to stay in Austin. While we didn't use it much, kitchen is well appointed. Decor was fabulous. Very comfortable.

Excellent ATX girls getaway!
This house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and well-stocked and the location was ideal for a girl's getaway weekend. We had 7 of us and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. The beds were very comfortable as well. It would be great if a full-length mirror was added somewhere in the property. There also was not ample toilet paper for the 3 days we were there, so plan to bring your own. I would definitely stay here again!
