los cuartos muy descuidados sucios la chica de front desk ni hablaba las paredes dañadas el toilet no funcionaba bien muy malo todo

Nos quedamos unos días antes en el hotel, por eso regresamos la noche del sábado 25 pero al llegar a la habitación, la taza del baño estaba despegada por lo que, se moja toda cuando te sentabas y en la regadera no había coladera, se veía el caño y daba muy mal aspecto

Cómodo y limpio
Muy bien todo desde el trato en recepción como habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Desayuno completo. Un poco lejos del centro pero fácil acceso con auto.

Front desk person was so nice and helpful. Room was decent. We didn't complain about anything since we were only there 2 nights to sleep but the bathroom had long hair everywhere as if the cleaners didn’t vacuum or even wipe tops of counters and toilet down. The sheets were dingy and pillowcases had stains on them. Otherwise it was better than other places we’ve stayed at in Austin but a little pricey for what you get.

We checked in late after a long day of traveling, just wanting to sleep, but the a.c. was not working. Had to stay awake until 11:15 pm for the maintenance person to come and fix it. The carpet was stained and smelled so bad that it kept me awake. A leak somewhere in the bathroom kept puddling on the floor. Room is large, but with a lot of unusable space. Beds were comfortable enough, but linens were dingy. No extra blankets or pillows for the fold out bed in the closet. No hair dryer. Visible mold and stains in the bathroom. Iron but no ironing board, and no outlet anywhere near where an ironing board should be. Location next to I-35 similar to trying to sleep next to the Daytona 500. Breakfast options were sparse; out of forks and coffee by 8:30 am. Shower was fine. Check-in and keycard entry were simple.

Handled eclipse rushed very well and had rooms cleaned prior to checking in. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great--loving the texas sized waffles! Overall, always my pick for Austin travel!

There was a iron but no ironing board. I had to manually lift up the stopper in the bathtub for the water to go down. Not enough shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the restroom, for a family of 4. Other hotels have started to nail in large bottles in the showers maybe that is something comfort suites should look into.

Horrible place to stay! Front desk lady was very rude and rooms on the 2nd floor were dirty! Had blood on our blankets and dog food on the floor and mold on the other bed! Never staying here again!!!
