Los colchones son inmensamente incomodos, están muy aguados yo creo de tanto uso. Deberían de cambiarlos.

Hotel limpio bonito y comodo
Estubo todo muy bien, lo único es que solo tenían dos secadoras de ropa y una no estaba en servicio, y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para poder secar mi ropa,

no fue lo que esperaba
la foto que presentan no es el mismo cuarto que me dieron. Se suponía que tenía un sofá cama y dos camas, pero cuando llegue sólo estaban las dos camas.

Saludos Anonymous, Holiday Inn Austin North / Austin, le agradece su revisión y calificación de nuestro hotel. Nos gustaría pedir disculpas acerca de su dormitorio nos proporcionan habitaciones con dos camas y un sofá cama, si informa y si es posible que hubiéramos cambiado sus habitaciones en vez de la habitación que tenía con sólo dos camas. My fiancé and I experienced a lot of noises. It seem they were coming either from the hallway or steps from the floor above. Also, we had bed sheets that were dirty. And when we were checking out we had to wait for 30minutes for someone to come and help us.

Don’t let the lobby fool you. This place is a dump that smells like an ash tray. Our room had lots of bugs and stunk. The staff could barely muster the energy to check us out.

I am 54. Therefore, I have stayed at many hotels in my life. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered! The staff was the absolute worst. The most unfriendly, uncaring and incompetent staff ever! Also, there website says they have room service…they don’t. They have a bar onsite which they do. However, the bar was closed all 3 nights I stayed there. Bar tender was sick (no back up bar tender for all 3 nights?), really!!! I would not have stayed all 3 nights if I wasn’t worn out from helping my daughter pack up her apt. and was too tired to pack up my luggage and find another hotel, etc. They also don’t answer there front desk. So after a very long and exhausting day/night. With no one answering front desk, I had to go down stairs to get assistance. No apologies from any one at anytime! I’m so glad to be home.

Terrible hotel
This was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We requested another room, because the AC didn’t work, or lights in the bathroom. Requested another room, which was a “step-down” from the first. The TV didn’t work, but worst of all, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and under the knightstand. It also smelled like cigar smoke. We slept in our car that night at the gas station. The hotel also had no more rooms to offer us for a 3rd attempt even. Worst stay I’ve ever had! They shouldn’t have been accepting guests w/ that type of hospitality, it’s unethical!

Beware of baby roaches is rooms.
Roaches in the room. Moved to another room and still bugs. Moved downstairs to first floor. So far no bugs. Awful. They said they’re going to renovate next year. They need to shut down and exterminate.

Needs a lot of work!
The guy at the front desk was friendly, and check in was great. HOWEVER, our room (#205) smelled like a mildewy basement! We sprayed the room with Lysol and other fragrance spray, and the smell would not go away. The bed slept okay. But, we did not sleep well because the smell kept us awake. For some odd reason the refrigerator was off, and the ice maker did not work. The grounds were unkept; unmoved weeds, and dead trees, and bushes. I would not recommend this place. And I definitely will NOT be staying here again.

My room 208 smelled like feet. At 730am first morning someone tried to break in my room door, then came back and did it over and over again I had to yell at them to leave, they said sorry it shows your room to be unoccupied had I not locked the door with the top lock they would have walked right in on me sleeping. TV finally worked but was challenging.

It’s ok and would come back
Carpet had a slight order when you first walk-in, but nothing major. Air conditioner was rather outdated, but functional. Overall it was a pretty relaxing stay and close to places to eat.
