The property is in a safe location near good shopping and restaurants. The room doors are too hard to open or close. Something is wrong with the floor cleaning solution. A little sticky.

Only stayed one night on a cross country road trip, this was one of the cheaper options in the greater austin area while still remaining a 20 min drive from the things we wanted to see. Overall great experience, looks newly renovated. Super clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable and room was nicely decorated. Even hard the straight to USB plugs arounds the room. Would definitely stay again.

My drivers license was taken and a copy was made for what reason I don’t know

Thank you for the feedback and we totally understand the concern you might have but we just need to have it just incase there is an emergency and we have to provide it to the law enforcement. We do secure them safely and when you checked out we were able to return it back to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There was a malfunction with door lock and we had to change rooms. The staff member indicated that this was an ongoing issue.

The turn into the hotel is horrible. The breakfast is lacking, and the little man at the front desk has a big mouth. The AC in the room would not heat up, even after hours and hours. However, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was nice (shower was awesome!). Overall a good stay.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful with everything. We just loved that the hotel had coffee and tea anytime that we needed it. Great stay, and the breakfast was fantastic everyday!!

I’ve stayed at this hotel now 2 times. And it’s very nice friendly helpful staff. I appreciated that they ensured I was not on same floor as a group of high schoolers. However, they could spruce up their breakfast. For large crowds 2 waffle makers make for very congested breakfast area. Plus the bacon was not made very well and it was microwave bacon so would not taken much more effort. But plan on staying here again, this time will check to see if there is any big groups like schools staying.

I did not like that a blue razor and a old dried up wash cloth was pushed back way under the sink on the floor. The toilet seat needed to be tighten down.

New place !
Very new hotel. Front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. The room was great and clean. Being in a new hotel is great. Breakfast was good, nothing impressive just the usuals but it was good. The only complaint I have was lack of really hot water (just like warm) and no decent water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am on Jan 8th as promised. I had to drive to the airport for an early flight and it was disappointing to not have the breakfast I was expecting.
