Terrible Experience
This was the worst possible experience. I was told the day we were arriving that we could not use club house. Communication with host was terrible. We arrived and had a totally different apartment that was advertised on VRBO. No pool view, bottom floor, view of parking lot. Bugs in apartment. Host said other apartment under construction. What a total scam. We had booked for 3 nights and ended up leaving. Only got a fraction of money back. Totally lost faith in people's honesty and still fighting with VRBO on refund.

Misleading and unavailable
Check in was confusing as many have noted. Instructions should be clear. There are two sets of dumpsters and two different entrances. There is no key fob to use clubhouse and other amenities such as pool table, which was listed as well as an indoor pool which does not exist. The cupboards were also basically bare, not fully stocked. Our fire alarm started chirping on Monday night. I notified property manager immediately and they said they would put in a ticket. No one ever came. The chirping kept us up last night. No response from property manager. Unhappy travelers today. We could not reach the fire alarms no matter what we stood on. There was nothing tall enough for us to reach it. Disappointed for the amount that this rental costs. There is a sign in unit telling renters where to pit the fob so they obviously ised to allow guests use of the amenities. There is also a tacky pay pal code to tip housekeeping. I’ve never seen that before.

Nice place if you have all the codes and can find parking
Overall the place was nice. The pool is AWESOME! Parking was a bit challenging. We ended up having to park quite a ways from our building. Access to the building was a pain! All the outside gates have doors with a code and we were not given all the codes necessary for the property or a key fob to use. When we asked about the fob, we never received a response. We ended up locked out several times. Thankfully the other residents came to our rescue. Nice place, but we won’t be back. To complicated with all the codes and parking.

Very good accomodations
Clean, convenient location, close to freeway, since the weather was in the low 70's, was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy our morning coffee. Although, the description says sleeps 6, not sure where that 6th person would be sleeping. The two bedrooms could sleep 4, maybe one on the living room couch, but not 6 people. Some comments were upset about the available parking spaces, but we had no problems finding a space, even when returning late at night. Overall nice.

Parking nightmare and not clean
We were scheduled to stay for 4 nights. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and there was ZERO parking. The “welcome” note said not to park in covered parking but the choice was that or handicap. Our car was towed at 5:30am. Waiting for the uber to go get the car from impound, a representative form the building said parking is a major problem there. The tow truck company says they pick up cars every night from that complex. I tried to reach out to the owner and wanted a solution for the parking or to cancel our reservation but she would not respond. I was not looking for compensation for the tow bill, just a solution so I didn’t have to deal with that every night of our stay. It took VRBO all day to get in touch with her. Her response was that parking is first come first serve. That is not what the listing stated and it is totally unacceptable. VRBO was able to get our reservation canceled for two remaining nights, even though we only stayed there the first night. The price was cheap so I would not normally complain too much about some flaws but since it wasn’t just a bad experience all around, here: There was a contact on the floor in the bathroom. The chars in the kitchen were dirty. There was some fluid, looked like grease, on the floor in the kitchen. The walls are paper thin and you here everything from all of the neighbors though them. All in all I would NEVER book with the listing or at that building again.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and very inviting. The host left great instructions and a nice bottle of wine. The view was nice and relaxing over looking the pool. The only complaint would be the parking. It is a large gated complex with several large buildings with multiple units. There was literally no parking until you could catch someone pulling out. We used Uber at night so we would not loose our spot we were lucky to find.

AMAZING
My family and I truly loved and enjoyed our stay! The apartment was so clean and nice and everything was just as pictured! The host answered any questions and gave the directions and descriptions of things. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Austin!
