Buena ubicación en The Domain
Muy bien ubicado dentro de The Domain. Rodeado de negocios y restaurantes y sobre una avenida con excelente acceso. Nos alojamos en una suite con dos habitaciones. La cocina estaba equipada y con refrigerador full size, aunque no la utilizamos. Solo hacen limpieza 1 vez por semana, aunque informan que sí cambian las toallas y hacen las camas a diario, NO lo hicieron. Al regresar nos decían que las mucamas ya se habían retirado, y solo nos traían toallas. Para desayunar, el espacio no era suficiente para los huéspedes, así que nos servíamos café solamente. Aunque debo decir que el señor que reponía los alimentos fue muy amable. No volvería porque si voy a un hotel es para tener servicio de arreglo del cuarto a diario.

Bien ubicado y muy buen servicio
Lo mas destacado es su excelente ubicación, no es un hotel nuevo, pero todo funciona de maravilla y el estado de mantenimiento es muy bueno. No hay muy buenos restaurantes cerca, pero tienes dos centros comerciales muy completos, inclusive con restaurantes de buena calidad relativa corta distancia. Pero la amplitud, el acceso al hotel, y con un desayuno esta super completo, no se requiere mas. La relacion precio-beneficio muy buena. El wifi funciona muy bien.

One of the worst experiences I have in a hotel, they have a very strange policy where they do cleaning only once every 7 nights, I sayed 6 so bad luck for me not even once. I asked if they could do a light cleaning and the only thing they did was to take of the trash. Speaking of I imagine much people don't ask them to do that since the hall is full of trash bags, and since they don't take them that often they can Stay long time. The breakfast is OK, but they only serve it till 8:30 so not the best time for everybody. I'm definitely not coming back for the same price you can go to the Holliday Inn and get a better experience.

It blew my mind when they told me it’s a daily $5 parking fee and it will be taken from the $100 deposit they took from me. Ain’t no way, am I returning there. My whole stay was not relaxing because I kept thinking WHY! Why $5 and why $100. to include the toilet wasn’t working. I had to go across the Target to poop because I was afraid they will deduct a plunger fee or a maintenance call fee. The Staff treated us with kindness but the hidden fees they had to enforce was ridiculous.

We were very pleased with the room, as we had a separate bedroom and kitchen/living area. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked and had lots of options. The only downside was the bathroom had no bathmat, only one hand towel, and no complementary lotion.

Great staff - Dated building
I think what stands out as a good part of my stay was the staff - very friendly, very courteous & helpful. The location is great! What stands out as very disappointing was the condition of the hotel, and how "thin" the walls are. I heard all kinds of noise from other guests every night, which made it very difficult to get sleep for work. Carpet, room areas and bathrooms are in dire need of a facelift!

Bad management decisions hurt the property
The hotel is fine. Probably somewhere in the middle of the renovation cycle, so it doesn't seem tired or new. Our room was clean and the breakfast was fine. A couple of very poor management practices are very disappointing and would prompt me to go elsewhere unless the price differential was high. First is the parking fee. We only found out about it when we got there. Five dollars per night is not bad, but this is a suburban hotel where *everyone* drives. So this is just a dishonest way to tack on a hidden fee to crank the price up. I hate doing business with people like this. Second is no ice machine. The "excuse" is that you have an icemaker in the fridge in your room, but this is totally useless the night you arrive. Ice machines are cheap, so this is just a sleazy way for management to pad their bottom line by a few bucks. Be aware of these things before choosing this property.

Excellent overall stay - great choice in Austin!!
We stayed at this property for four nights over Thanksgiving 2023. From the moment we arrived, very late in the evening after a long day of travel, our stay was excellent in every way! All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was perfect for the two of us. It was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, and small kitchen located by the living area was great for warming up food and having a full size refrigerator was nice! The breakfast buffet provided ample choices for both hot and cold foods, as well as coffee, tea, juice, etc. Outside the back door from the dining area there was a large patio area which was relaxing, clean and beautiful ( pool below ). The only issue we had that was a negative was our bathtub drained very slowly, but I reported this to the front desk for maintenance to take care of, as we were leaving. Overall it was perfect choice for what we required and we will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Austin! ( location was great as well )

This place is cheaper than other properties in the Domain area, but it's pretty dated and the rooms are tired. Service is extremely limited (no housekeeping, one person on the front desk that's all). Hallways smell of whatever's cooking in the kitchen and can be a bit noisy at night.

The door to the room stopped working and no one was able to open it. They put me in another room but all of my belongings were in the other room. I didn’t brush me teeth or change my clothes for 18 hours.
