The house was just perfect for the relaxing getaway we were looking for. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The people in the community were very kind when we met them outside while feeding the deer. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.

Great Vacation

Communication with owner was great. Kids loved the game room. Nice amenities. We would recommend planning to rent a golf cart as there isn’t a great path to the lake/community amenities. Would stay there again

Incredible place to stay and excellent communication with the host during our visit. The house had all the accommodations that anyone could need for a getaway trip. Although Lake Travis was closed for recreational use due to the recent weather events we still made the best of our time here. Definitely will be coming back for another visit. Thank you Kandice!

Lake Travis

Loved the stay at Lake Travis. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious, a bathroom on every floor and the game room was perfect for kids. Loved the drive up beach as well.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our daughter is attneding graduate school in Austin. We live in Denver. We wanted to spend some quality time with her. We met up with her, her boyfriend, and a couple of their friends. Our son flew out from Colorado. We drove. One day we rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina. The second day we went to the private beach and had water toys. It was a fun vacation. The condo was perfect. Well-equipped and convenient location. Communicating with Kandice was very good and she responded quickly.

Beautiful home!

We had such a great time. Absolutely nothing was missing. "All decked out" is very accurate. We were even able to bake because the kitchen is equipped just like a home. The views from the decks are wonderful for a nice cup of early morning cofee.

Perfect Getaway

Just want to say, this was a perfect mini getaway with me and my friends. Waking up and seeing the lake in the distance and the sunlight hit off of it was a bonus. Our host was very accommodating and was in constant communication with us if things were not in order or just to check in with us. Highly recommend you give this property a chance.

Awesome place but far from the fun

The place is super spacious tons of beds and a great view. Only downside is you’re about a hour from Austin. We use freedom boat club and most locations were 40 minutes or farther. Also we drive Tesla and the closest supercharger is 30-50 minutes. Aside from that the stay was great! Community Pool is beautiful! You must make time to go!

Great Family Fun

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend for families. It had everything we needed and more as a family of six, four children under the ages of 8. This place has gorgeous views of the lake and we enjoyed spending time on the patios. The kids loved the upstairs game room with bunked beds and the vintage arcade game. We had plenty of game board options for a fun family game night. We also appreciated that this place offered all the things you could possibly need for a great trip - tennis racks/outdoor sporting equipment, essentials baby gear, chairs, and much more! We enjoyed the tennis courts, playground, the community pool, and the lake/beach access. We stayed during 4th of July, so we were able to watch the community parade, see fireworks from the patio, and participate in their community celebrations. The kitchen came stocked with many appliances and the gas grill was ready to go when we needed it. The host was very friendly and made communication easy. We would definitely enjoy another stay at this place in the future!

Fantastic get away!

Such an enjoyable and peaceful get away! Perfect privacy & quiet deck off the master bedroom for the adults. Awesome arrangement for our teen boys on the 3rd level with their own bathroom & games! Pickle ball was a blast in the evening & the lake was refreshing during the day. Kandice is kind, attentive & an excellent host! Will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

Spend several days at the lake with family and my son's friends. We had a great time. The property was in a great community with so much to do. Everything was easy to get to, especially with a golf cart. The townhome had a lot of space and loved how it was 3 levels. The teenagers were on the 3rd floor and it had so much room. The owners were very good at communicating everything. The best part of the trip was our twice daily deer visitors!!!!

Great spring break for all!

Illinois here! We were on spring break and visiting UT Austin. The property was wonderful, we played pickleball, golfed and explored the area. Loved the house ! Love the deer ! And especially appreciated how much the host went out of her way to help us have a great stay. Would highly recommend for any families that have a several Generations travel wing together

Short getaway

The property had ample space for our group. We enjoyed all the amenities the community had to offer. The kids loved how the tennis and pickle ball courts are close to the property. We hiked towards the lake. Too bad that the lake is so low. There are areas where you can still launch your boat. Overall it was a good getaway from our daily grind. The host was very kind and quick to respond.

Lake Travis Stay

We had a great stay! The neighborhood, view, drive down were all so pretty. I would recommend more comfortable pillows and more comfy living room chairs and dining table chairs. Cushions are quite flat and straight back and sounding very fragile when you sit down. Not very conducive to hanging out together visiting. The floors are very thin and you can hear people walking even though walking very lightly because u still hear the creaking. Hard to correct that but would suggest some box fans in each room so that perhaps you have some white noise to help. Please check floor on the 3rd floor balcony and it felt rather loose in some areas. The layout of the house was GREAT with having the teenagers upstairs in the game room and the adults downstairs in main level. Very clean and organized. It would be nice to have regular tv channels/cable on all tvs as the downstairs TV didn’t seem to have the direct tv app available to use, but there were plenty of apps to use. Tennis courts were right beside us, the walks down to Caddie Shack and down to Capt Petes was very nice. Neighbors were all very nice and friendly as you would expect in Texas of course ;) We weren’t missing any small appliance and had all kitchenware necessary for a full thanksgiving dinner with exception of big roasting pans of course. So bring big foil pans as those aren’t normal to need for most vacations. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great spot tucked in the hills of Lake Travis

This place has everything you need! It was only the two of us, but we still loved the space. The condo is three stories, with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Laundry is on the bottom floor which is nice, the sound didnt disturb conversations and we couldnt hear it. The view of Lake Travis from all three levels is great! The deer flock to the neighborhood so that was fun to watch them. The unit has everything you need for dishes, and also basic spices and such. We grabbed coffee at the Lowes grocery store at the beginning of the road and a few other items we needed. The pool is open year round, and very clean!

Great Get Away

Town home is tucked away and by the lake, very beautiful with deer wandering around. Is a little bit of a drive to get places, but the seclusion made up for it. Home was clean and very well organized for the stay, Stocked well. Stairs were a little scary, just painted wood. My Younger kids had to be extra cautious coming down them.
