Property is in the beautiful area of Dripping Springs. House was stunning and the neighborhood was beautiful. Great things to do nearby and great food to eat. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower. Very little pressure but I spoke with the manager and they were going to look into it. Other than that, I would stay there again.John

Outstanding

Our stay was incredible! Perfect for our teen daughters and two pups. Very spacious. Very clean. Not too far from everything ATX. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails. We will stay here again.

Class and comfort

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spacious, meticulously clean, and had everything we could possibly need. Check in and out were seamless. We didn't need to reach out for anything as everything was provided for us. Highly recommend. experience.

Excellent and beautiful home

The host was very accommodating to us. We had a swim meet at Austin and not only was a beautiful home in the middle of parks but also when I asked for a late checkout it was given to us without hesitation. I strongly recommend this home. You won’t go wrong!!! Also, we saw so many deer around the parks. It was beautiful!

Hill country oasis

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights along with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Excellent accommodations for 3 couples, each having own bedroom. We were in town for a wedding and reception in Dripping Springs area - ideal location, logistically convenient, everything we needed within a short 5-10 minute drive. Five stars in all categories. Would stay here again. We recommend to others.

Comfortable, Spacious and Quiet

This home is very spacious, comfortable and located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is located in a neighborhood close to walking trails, restaurants, grocery store, and other amenities. The house is equipped with almost anything you would need. Despite my feedback below, I would recommend this home. I believe that if feedback isn’t provided, the owner/manager isn’t aware of issues. I would have given this home 5 stars, except for the following items: The coffee maker was not working (owner replaced within two days, so that was great), blanket with holes in one of the bedrooms, a big dead plant in the dining room, and non-working automated shades in the dining room. As mentioned in another review, the towels are a bit dingy and the baseboards could use cleaning. Note that the furniture and decor is a bit different than the listing.

Lovely home

We’ve stayed here three times now while in the area for business. We love having a big comfortable place to stay where we can cook if we want to, and it’s great to just hang out after working all day. The Peloton is a bonus for us. We don’t have to skip the workouts while we travel. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous home

This was our second time staying in the beautiful home. We love the location and how clean and quiet it is. It’s so well appointed, they’ve really thought of everything. We travel to Austin/Dripping Springs area every six months for work and plan to stay here every time. It’s so much better than commuting from a hotel in the city.

Gorgeous spacious home in a quiet but large community!

We were in town for a family wedding, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Belterra! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and very welcoming for our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). The master suite was to-die-for, and the two smaller bedrooms were comfortable as well, with generous closet space. The fenced in yard was appreciated, allowing our two young children a safe space to get their energy out! The neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed the local playgrounds as well as the many sightings of wild deer as we came and went throughout the day. Only minor complaint was that, like others, we found the floors to need a good scrubbing. We are a take your shoes off at the door family, but understand other renters might not be, and thus did not voice our complaint, as it was so minor in the grand scheme of things. Otherwise the floors were clean of debris, and everything else was immaculate. Would absolutely return if ever in the area, and highly recommend to others!

Located in a Pleasant Family-Oriented Suburb

Great home to relax with family of 4-6 people (can sleep up to 8). My husband and I stayed here with our daughter, her husband infant son. We flew in for a family wedding at the Arlo nearby. It was a bit awkward that my two adult sons and their wives (staying in a separate rental) couldn’t come to visit and relax with us because their cousin was also staying with them. The +1 was “one too many people allowed” to be in the house, even just to visit during the day. I called to explain our circumstances, but was told no exceptions :/ There are outdoor surveillance cameras at the house driveway/entrance and backyard patio to ensure compliance. On a brighter note, nice upscale kitchen and laundry appliances, comfortable beds, nice backyard space for kids to play and patio for bbqing. We had a little trouble getting the shower to work properly, it appeared very loose and disconnected from the wall, but with some maneuvering and tightening,we got it to be useable. The massage chair is a fun amenity, it obviously gets a lot of use, the control remote shorts the power periodically. The cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to details, such as dust/dirt on floorboards behind doors, dull white towels with some spots, but overall everything else was awesome. We enjoyed our stay!
