El hotel estaba en reforma, y me dieron la habitación en una planta que estaba patas arriba. Cómo además no funcionaba parte de la luz y enchufes, cuando lo comenté en recepción me cambiaron de habitación y planta Considero que lo ideal sería cerrar la planta cuando se está de reforma. La sensación cuando se abre la puerta del ascensor es bastante desagradable

No desmerece a la ciudad
La competencia entre los hoteles en Baden Baden es feroz. Nosotros disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en este hotel. Muy buen desayuno, habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas... No está en el centro de Baden Baden, sino a a la distancia de un agradable paseo, si no tiene problemas de movilidad. Los usuarios de la piscina pueden ser molestos a ratos, un problema por lo que veo habitual en los hoteles del sur de Alemania. Tiene algunos síntomas de envejecimiento, pero todavía asumibles.

Der Zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt. Sehr gut. Zimmer OK, nur das Badezimmer kommt in die Jahre. Im Haus laufen Renovierungsmaßnahmen, die öffentlichen Bereiche werden Schritt für Schritt erneuert/ modernisiert. Das Stadtzentrum von Baden-Baden ist fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Busstation ca. 100m entfernt.

Bien situé à 7 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Chouette piscine. Par contre, au niveau du personnel, c'est plus compliqué. Pas assez de personnel, amabilité limite. Ils n'avaient pas bien compris notre réservation. Le restaurant est sous-exploité. Dommage.

Bon séjour
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel,idéalement situé et accessible à pied au centre ville de Baden-Baden par le parc. Les chambres sont très grandes les lits très confortables ! Le plus était le balcon ! En revanche pour le stationnement de notre voiture le Vendredi aucun problème,mais le samedi impossible de se garer!! Nous avons demandé à ma réception qui nous a dit qu il fallait tourner dans les rues avoisinantes à la recherche de places .... Nous avons cherché pendant 30min une place .

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, daher zweifle ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis an. Alt und abgewohnt ist eins, doch extrem fleckige und dreckige Teppichböden sollten doch zu reinigen sein? Parkplatzsituation ist nicht akzeptabel - viel zu wenige Parkplätze für die Zimmer.

I thought it was a little over priced for the area but then it turns out that Baden Baden is very upscale. The parking is scary - your car will barely fit into a spot. Pull out your luggage and family before squeezing in. Breakast was wonderful, great selection.
