We change our room three time!!!! The first the faucet in the bathroom came off. Then the second room the tv did not work. And third room the toilet handle came off but my Husband fix that. We requested general manager talk with us and we were told that She would be in on Saturday. She not show until Saturday night. She did not speak directly to us. But talk the desk in regard to our complaints. That is POOR MANAGMENT SKILLS.

We arrived after midnight very tired and the woman at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. She checked us in quickly so we could get to our rooms and get some sleep.

Stacey & Cici made our trip particularly enjoyable. My 93 year old mother and I were evacuating from Hurricane Idalia & under considerable emotional stress. Stacey & Cici handled us with care & professionalism under difficult circumstances which was above the call of duty and we certainly appreciate it. Because of this careful treatment, we will return & with appreciation. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The entire staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I dont have any complaints about the staff. The rooms however could have been cleaned a little better. When i first arrived we had to get clean towels because the first set had footprints on them. The rooms were only cleaned during our stay if we asked. There wasnt a freshness in the room as you usually get when you stay at a hotel. Other than that my stay was good. The customer service made up for everything.

The hotel was convenient to my Family Reunion in Climax, Ga. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. I chose Hampton over Holiday Inn Express because it had an outdoor pool so that my grandson could swim and play. An indoor pool aggravates his asthma.

Three story hotel with broken ice makers on second and third floors for two day stay. Liquid shower soap dispenser empty had to shower with face soap. Overall below Hilton standards and as such way over priced.

The room had issues, the faucet was broken, window shade wouldn’t operate properly, not enough towels and overall unclean. Clearly not worth $150 a night. I feel I am owed some money back.

The staff there is horrible can’t even figure out how to check you into your room, I was double charged for a one night stay. Then was told there was nothing they can do about it. Was a complete night mare.

Room was clean and good condition. Intended to eat breakfast before we left. Went down to dining room 4 times between 8:30 and 10:00. All the food was gone except for cereal and fruit. Never was restocked.

The room was clean but the roaches took over. Found them when I first came in tried killing them. Then in the morning they took over. The bathroom was infested. Had to shake out all my belongings before leaving to make sure none came home with me. Need an exterminator there
