Muy sucio, no toallas, toda la noche entran y salen carros de no huespedes y al dejar el cuarto a 4 am nadie que atendiera o sea no regresaron el deposito,en cuanto salimos del cuarto se pusieron 2 personas en la ventanilla una de cada lado y por seguridad no espere

PREVIO A ELLO NO ME QUERIA DAR LA SEGUNDA HABITACION, YA QUE DECIA QUE NO ERA YO LA PERSONA, CUANDO ESTABAN A LA MISMA PETSONA LA HABITACION(TENGO 2 NOMBRES) CUARTO, TOALLAS ,MUEBLES, PISO BAÑO CORTINAS, TINA(todo demasiado sucio) Ademas estacionamiento un desorden y demasiada basura. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel, no vuelvo mas. No deberiam hoteles.com tener un socio comercial como este hotel, tampoco hay seguridad en el inmueblw, gente drogandoae en los pasillos de mi piso que me toco. En fin no vuelvo a pisar esta cadena de hoteles!!

Bien para pasar una noche y basta
Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitaciós que no estaba hecha. Al volver a recepción para decirselo, el recepcionista cuestionó lo que le estabamos diciendo, pero nos dió otra habitación, ésta sí preparada para su uso. La habitación era amplia y para pasar una noche de camino a otro lugar está bien, por el contrario, mejor buscar otro lugar.

California Best Inn
Solamente el nombre ya es una ironía. El sitio estaba sucio, tanto la habitación como el exterior. Había un grupo de chicos en el aparcamiento bebiendo y haciendo ruido y nadie hizo nada. No había secador y hasta las sillas estaban rotas. Además, no pudimos desayunar porque el desayuno lo ponen tarde (a las 7) cuando en cualquier motel de California puedes desayunar a las 5 de la mañana. De hecho, a las 6,30 ya no había ni un coche en el aparcamiento. Yo que ustedes quitaría este sitio de mi lista. Les deja en mal lugar.

I really liked my room. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but they fixed it. In the early morning there were people outside my door holding a lound conversation. The next morning around 4 am i was awaken by someone restlessly out side my room which sounded like bottles it was loud. The nights were quiet. The staff was very nice.

There were homeless people in the parking lot and around 1 of the staircases. There were broken down vehicles in the parking lot as well as unsavory people in the parking lot. The shower rod was too low causing the shower curtain to be in the tub, on which my wife slipped. There were no regular sized towels in the room only hand towels. There was only conditioner and lotion. No soap or shampoo. There were stains on the sheets. The room was supposed to non smoking however after we turned the AC on there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

The place was dirty, it was a non-smoking room - however it was penetrated with the smell of tobacco, the curtain was falling and it had multiple holes, the toilet's seat was dirty and penetrated, the main door for the room had been broken into. The outdoors - there was people smoking and seemed that they lived there. We spoke to management and nothing was said, literally. We checked out within one hour of being there and a refund was denied. We kept pictures.

The night before checking out the roof was leaking. They gave us another room but the room wasn’t not prepared for guest. The tv didn’t work nor was there a remote for, one pillow without at pillow case and no blankets on the bed. They had the lobby closed so they had guest sitting out in the cold rain waiting to be roomed all in all it was a horrible stay

I pulled into this property wondering what dimension I had just entered. It was super sketchy. Looked NOTHING like the pictures listed on your site. Looked more like a severely run down halfway house. Garbage everywhere outside. Legitimately no locks on some of the doors. Like homeless people lived there . Happy so submit photos I took from my car before fleeing away in fear to find a safer location and better hotel. I didn’t even leave my car to go inside it was that dangerous feeling.

The only issue I had was that the smoke detector was going off two days at night. They were fixed but still was an issue.

I would not recommend this to anyone. There was no shower head. The entire place was gross. Looks like they barely cleaned. And thats just a few of the many issues.

Not coming back here
We had a long day before us and we were looking forward to get some rest. We arrived at our hotel for check in at 4pm and were given out keys right away. Our room was at the second floor but trash and people (not guests) were crowding the stairway. When we arrived at the room, it smelled heavily of cigarettes. The rooms were mediocre and there was deposits in the toilet before we even used it. The room looked as dirty as the streets leading up to the hotel. We reasoned it was only one night and within our price range. Come night time, midnight to be exact, a man heavily kept knocking at our door. Did not announce themselves just drastically tried to get into our room. We were suddenly woken up and yelled out to ask who it was. They stated they were front desk but seeing as there were many people gathered outside casually, we called the main office to confirm someone from the office was truly knocking at our door. Turns out the receptionist mixed two reservations up and gave us someone else’s room. No need for the loud banging at 12am scaring the life out of us. Advice: splurge a little extra money on a place with better comfort and far better cleanliness.
