It was a fight every night for 4 days straight. Like between 3 am to 9 am. It s no control after the guard is gone. I don t care what you say or think about the past night audit, that move on. She been in this areas for years and ran a hotel herself. And we all know her, she has a lot of clientele, i call her my adopted aunt. Guests call her mom. She would been had them put out. It use to be quiet at night.

I don t like that at a regular guest, it s no parking space. It s no control , the restaurant run the whole parking lot. beside that it was great, I seeing it s a lot of new staff at the front desk, you know you get use to the old staff, they knew all the regular. My father upset one of his closest friends is gone. And he the captain of Maryland State police. But over , the housekeeping to me , does a great job.

The manager is hard to deal with. With most of the population being American that stay here we deserve respect and dignity. Overheard him screaming at a renter due to the renter complaining of being over charged. The manager is Indian and lack communication skills. Management isn't for everyone.

Tub and shower needs updating
The room looked like it’s been updated except for the bathroom. The tub wasn’t very clean and it had cracks in the bottom. The water pressure wasn’t good because the shower heads need to be replaced. Other than that the Room was a huge improvement.

Days Inn Was Disgusting
We were very disappointed in the condition of the inn. There were no microwaves or refrigerators. The elevator was broken. The desk clerk claimed that it just happened that day. I wonder if elevators are required to be inspected regularly and the management didn’t have it done. It was a very poor reflection for Wyndham. Of course we were assigned to a second floor room. We told the desk clerk that we could not carry our luggage up the stairs. She said she was alone and could not carry the luggage up for us. The room was pleasant but the tub was disgusting. I only saw one set of towels and I called for more. She said she would bring them right up. She lied again; she did not bring them. In the middle of the night I saw a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. I killed it but started worrying that it could have been a bed bug. In the morning, I found a pubic hair on the sheets I had slept on!! The sheets appeared to be clean and newer, so that was another disgusting thing. The breakfast consisted of a granola bar and juice. The fruit basket was empty. I complained about that and the other things. She said that she would note my complaints and tell the manager who was not available. I told her I would never stay at a Days Inn again. The desk clerks blamed the poor condition on the remodeling and the lack of micros & fridges on Wyndham and the minimal breakfast on hotels.com. If I don’t hear from the manager in 24 hours, I will not stay at a Days Inn again.

We truly apologize for all the inconveniences that you experienced while with us recently. It is disappointing to read that you found quality issues within your room and that you needed to take the stairs to get to it. We have already contacted the elevator vendor to have it corrected and are very sorry that our front desk attendants cannot leave the desk area when there is only 1 employee present. Unfortunately, our microwaves and refrigerators are on back order, but we hope to have them in place soon. There is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness, and we’ll be sure to speak with our housekeeping department about your findings. Guest feedback is important to us, and we will be discussing your experience with our management to be sure this is not repeated in the future.

The room I stayed in had peeling paint in the ceiling, bathroom was dirty with mold all around the toilet, and inside the tub, stains on the walls and floor, the pictures they have online of the rooms doesn't look like the rooms. This motel needs to close down and do renovations. I wanted to leave but didn't want to loose my money.

The dungeon hotel !
I think that this hotel is for the homeless. The room had stained sheets. The bathtub had a big crack or hole in it. Around the facility was dark and dirty.

You would think that Valentine's day will end on a high note and a smile...yeah a high note is about right. My wife hates bugs so can you imagine the reaction when she goes to put on her top and be greeted by a bedbug which had to be an adult she ended up losing her shirts literally not to mention she had to drive home so all in all my stay was just awful will not be going back there ever again.
