Tantas cosas para decir de esta desafortunada experiencia. Las piezas del baño se caian una tras otra El desayuno "incluido" no era mas que una bolsa con un croissant en mal estado un yogurt expirado etc. El personal no respondia a ninguna de las interrogantes, el ascensor no funcionaba. En fin TERRIBLEEERR

La reservación indica que tienen desayuno pero no lo ofrecieron. Anuncian algo que no tienen . Nos quedamos 4 noches y no hicieron la limpieza ningún día. El asensor no funciona y tuvimos que subir las maletas hasta el cuarto piso por escaleras dobles . Fue horrible esto. Se preguntó si tenían la opción de hacer check out más tarde aunque se pagara algo adicional y tampoco tenían esta opción a pesar del mal servicio q ofrecieron. El area en seguridad es regular . Lo único bueno es q es súper cerca del aeropuerto. Para domir solamente está bien .

We stayed for 2 nights and first of all, the whole building stinks of smoke, the check in was whatsoever, the building is very old, the elevators are deficient, the AC is too loud, there’s no microwave, and the most important thing, THEY DIDN’T MAKE OUR ROOM!!! Also, there’s no wifi, and no breakfast, I would book in other place if I could, avoid this place.

La primera habitación tuve que pedir un cambio porque la cama estaba quebrada la nevera no funcionaba y estaba muy sucia la habitación me pasaron a otra habitación mas grande y esa estaba un poco mejor aunque la limpieza de la habitación no era muy buena y el Aire Acondicionado hacia un ruido algo molesto

The worst experience ever. Bed bugs , roaches, dirty, no cable, unprofessional. Waiting for a refund at the moment. Place under renovation, should not be open. They actually need to completely be investigated to be open to the public like this and taking people like all is normal.

Keys had to be recharged each night...cockroach in bathroom...dirty floor...shower had other people's hair in it...fixtures were loose..door was loose....flying bugs...fire alarm went off twice when there was no fire...construction banging.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front doors of the hotel were propped open and it was freezing in the hotel, the room smelled of weed, WE FOUND COCKROACHES in the room, the beds were so uncomfortable, the shower ran all night long, overall it was just a terrible experience. When we went to check out, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign to call a number so I called. No one answered. I waited for 15 minutes and had to leave to get to the airport. I would give this place a zero star rating if we could.

The building looks very nice, and appealing from the outside stand point but the inside is dormant they need to put some money for a good innovation. I have nothing against them. It's just advice to help them do better and continue to run their business

Affordable accommodations; friendly, helpful staff
This hotel is in a great location for weekend trips to DC and Baltimore. It was 50 mins to DC, and 13 mins to the Baltimore Aquarium by car. The site was able to accommodate our large family in a room with three double beds at a price we could afford. The free breakfast included a waffle maker, which my kids loved, and our room had a mini fridge, a microwave, and a large flat screen TV with cable. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up folding the bed back in and sleeping one on the sofa and one on the floor using the bedding provided and got a better night's sleep the second night. The site is in some disrepair and is clearly under renovation. In spite of being in a nonsmoking room, the entire hallway of our floor smelled strongly of smoke and our room smelled of it as well, although it was clear work had been done to the room to reduce the odor. Overall, it was not perfect, but it was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with the extra towels and linens we needed, as well as a couple of toothbrushes for kids who forgot theirs. I would definitely stay there again, although I fear once renovations are complete, it will no longer be in our budget.

Not a good hotel experience.
We did not stay at the hotel. We checked in and decided to leave before paying. Guests behind us talked about roaches and we decided not to stay. It was a bad experience and the hotel concierge wasn’t present for 20 minutes as we waited to be helped.

I’ve stayed at this property three times now, on my most recent stay I killed two roaches. There were dead ladybugs in the window seal. I dropped one of my belongings under the bed and upon retrieving it I found a mens body wash under one of the beds which means the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Do not stay here, this place is 50% homeless shelter, 50% run down dump of a hotel. Terrible musty smell throughout, although when we returned from dinner (which was another disaster!) the musty smell had been replaced by an overwhelming odor of cannabis. Light switch in bathroom cracked and hanging off wall Cockroaches seen scurrying about in bathroom, absolutely GROSS. TV not functioning. When we checked out after our one night at 5am (we couldn't get out early enough!) there were people sleeping on the furniture in the lobby. Avoid this place like the plague

There were bugs in the bathroom area, electrical plates were taped on, bathroom light was out, toilet paper holder was broken, towel bar was broken. The breakfast was virtually non-existent. The juice machine was out of order. There were no eggs, meat, donuts, just sliced bread and one waffle maker. There was cereal, but no milk. Awful hotel. Will never stay there again.

Upon arrival I was told there was no tv service. I stayed three nights and they didn’t compensate me at all because I booked through Expedia. There was trash on the floor of the room, the comforters had multiple burn holes and stains on them, black mold in the bathroom, and the shower ONLY had scolding hot water. I had to put water in my hands to let it cool down before using it and I had to wash my hair in the sink so I didn’t get burned. The complimentary breakfast was only white bread and cereal. If you stay here be prepared for the multiple people who live in the back parking lot as their permanent residence as well.
