VIEWS overwhelm
The VIEW and easy access to beach are the best things about this property. Clean and minimal interior. Comfortable beds! Could use some updates but everything - except the dishwasher - was functional. We really enjoyed our short stay and will gladly try for a week next time.

That view!!!
This house was truly ocean front and such easy access to the beach. My dog ran and ran for hours. The view when you wake up is so amazing. It was comfortable and clean. Very quiet location. We will book again.

Amazing View Ok House
Fantastic Views/Location Easy to find/access, great neighborhood. Minimalist furnishings. House needs some TLC. Lots of dog hair (not terribly surprising given up to 4dogs allowed) especially on the futon. Grimy finger printed windows and TV screen. Twin beds were in need of decent mattresses and tightening up the wiggly frames. Heater in master bath not working.

Views are great
This property has great views and easy access to the beach. Downsides are the oven did not work. We knew the dishwasher didn’t work. My husband and I stayed in the twin beds very uncomfortable. The master bed was very firm. The stairs walking up to the house were definitely needing some attention in some areas.

Beach House with Beautiful Views
The house was clean, light, well stocked and nicely decorated, and could use a little tlc. but the location and views more than made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Steps from the beach
The house could not be closer to the beach or have a better view. We loved those features of the home. The home is very dated, with a small old oven, a very old burner stove, and a dishwasher that did not work. Many of the blinds were broken and could not be used. The home was clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. We did have a toilet issue during our stay. Maintenance came out right away and fixed the problem. We did feel for the prince we paid for the week to stay that many of these issues should have been addresses.

Ome of the worst experiences ive had with a rental
Property was occupied at check in. It was not fully cleaned (hair on couches and beds, trash on counters, cleaning supplies left out, porcj and chairs covered in bird droppings) Property was in a sad state of disrepair.(several missing blinds, construction materials on floor and shelfs in bedroom closet, 1 closet door laying on floor and another hanging loose from hinges, garage door broken and off hinges, kitchen sink sprays water out aides of nozzle.)

Great views, primo location, so-so ammenities.
Three friends and I visited Bandon for the Labyrinth walk. The location and the views from this house are perfect. The supplies were a little short (no coffee, no additional spices, couldn't find extra pillowcases for the futon, etc.) The dishwasher was broken. The furniture was lackluster -sorry-, but a house this swell should be better outfitted. I saved a picture of the blender, it was straight up 1978. The house is all about the view (even though one window had a blown seal) and location. Everything else is just so-so.

It's all about the location
This house is 30+ years old, pretty run down, and could use some TLC and upgrades, but it's comfortable enough and the location overrides the issues with the age. The layout worked out perfectly for two couples. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom at opposite ends of the house giving us the privacy we wanted and a huge common area in the middle with a living room, kitchen, and dining area.

solid beach house
Great beach house right on the water. The location is perfect if you are looking for a more private beach location. As other reviews noted, the house is a bit older but if you know that going in, it is still worth it for the location. Gave 4 stars since there is no AC in the house and the windows don’t have screens, so it can get hot at night

Perfect location, less than perfect furnishings.
We paid for the location and the views and got our money’s worth — as close to sleeping on Bandon Beach as you can without a tent. Fantastic 270 degree views from the house. However, I think that at this price point, the home furnishings should be more than the bare minimum, such as old mismatched worn pots and pans, a dishwasher that didn’t work, ancient appliances, and a “sound system” consisting of a 1985 vintage boom box. The general upkeep was poor as well: stains on the carpet, chips off the cabinet doors, etc. it’s clear that this a permanent rental, in that no owner who spent time here would keep it such worn condition. Again; we paid for the location and were happy to do so. But at this price, it’s be nice to have commensurate amenities

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay here during a stormy week at the coast. Lots of windows to watch the waves and easy beach access for the break times. The house is very roomy and well kept, but the heating system is quite loud and rather insufficient for such a large place. We got around it by cranking it up when we were gone and turning it off when we were there! Not the best, but we wanted to hear the ocean rather than the heaters. Thanks for keeping such a nice spot!

great management service
The property was perfect for our family. The location couldn't have been better for walking our dogs on the beach, viewing the amazing sunsets and watching the occasional storm from the master bed or extra-large living area space. Located in a very nice neighborhood but also secluded for privacy. We had a problem with the water heater the very first day of our arrival however one call to management and the problem was fixed immediately. We are anxious to return to this property again later this year.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS VIEWS! We were all very pleased with the views from every room! It is an older home which you can see that from the pictures. However, the house windows were clean n the ocean view was the star of the house! The master bed has a memory foam mattress, which once you sleep on them in your home they are highly appreciated by guests!!! Plus there is a wonderful pantry in the kitchen! I totally see why people return to this house again n again. I hope to do the same. Other reviews address a few needed improvements. One thing that isn’t listed is all the fridge door shelf’s have been broken or removed. Thank you for such a wonderful weeks vacation.

Beautiful ocean views! We had everything we needed for a very relaxing vacation, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The home is open with windows from floor to ceiling. The beds are very comfortable. Rugs and windows need cleaning, but overall very comfortable. We will be back!

Relaxing stay at the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this beach house!! Quiet and relaxing.. a lot to do all within a 2hr. Distance.. horse backing riding on the beach just down the road.. many beautiful state parks along the coast to go hike along.. great restaurants.. jet boat excursion and hour south st Gold beach and atv rentals a hour North at the beach dunes in NorthBend.. so many things we didn’t even get to do everything we wanted.. the home was perfect for our family! Location Location!
Right in the beach! Master hs a new very comfy bed. Second bedroom had two twins that were terrible…for Me as an adult. (Kids wouldn’t have cared). The views and location were absolutely fantastic. New sofas. Very clean. Not luxurious but with a view and location like that it didn’t matter at all! Thank you for sharing your property!

Great view, marginal house
One of the worst equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen. Plenty of cups, plates, small bowls. Most of the pots and pans wouldn’t even be offered for sale at the Godwill store. House advertised for8 occupants. Fortunately we only had 4 as there were 4 usable dining chairs. 2 broken chairs were there as well. Heavy wind blew the storm door off at night. On closer inspection found that no screws were holding the hinge flange in place. Outside trash can wasn’t available for first 4 days of our stay. Many broken mini-blinds. Can’t imagine anyone staying here in summer as nearly all of the many winows cannot be opened. We had 2 sunny days and the house heated up to uncomfortably hot even though it was fairly cold outside. House has a fantastic view and great beach access but I wouldn’t rent it again.

Location and access to the beach is outstanding. I will be back with my grandchildren soon. The house is roomy, if dated and in need of cosmetic TLC. The kitchen is quite adequately stocked, sleeping accomodations fine, and an average place for the price. but the beach....view and ability to traverse from the house can't be equalled anywhere I've been in Bandon so far.

Laundry list of issues
I seriously don’t know where to begin. There are a lot of issues with this property. The furnishings are very dated, the kitchen and bathrooms need updated, only one stove burner works, the bathroom fan is broken, the bathroom tubs don’t have drain stoppers, carpets have stains, the bed is a memory foam brick, and several of the steps of the stairway are loose. Really, the only thing this place has going for it is the views.

Wonderfully relaxing stay.
we had such a relaxing weekend. The house was spacious and the views were incredible! The beach access was a short, easy walk. The hide-a-bed in the living room was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. Also, the bath fan in the master bedroom was terribly noisy. Overall, a very nice property. We loved it!

Great Location...but that's all.
I was a bit reluctant for the first time to review a property I've stayed in. If you read the reviews you will see the theme that "this house has amazing views but is very tired". It's more than true, while the house is clean, it is falling apart and there is very little in the way of furnishings. Additionally, if you have any issues with stairs (or your pets do), there are a lot of them. The metal stairs made one of our dogs very nervous and we ended up having to carry him up (70lbs)...not that all dogs or people have this problem but it's a lot of stairs. Blinds are broken (this appears to have been an issue and has not been fixed), pieces of cabinetry are broken, the one plastic lounge chair was broken, the garbage disposal did not work, rusty and loud wall heater in the master bedroom, bathroom window will not stay up and a very poor house guideline book that has not been updated at all. There is no one to communicate with directly, you have to go through VRBO. All of this said, if you really really need to be on the beach, it is one of the few. Looking at the prices they are charging for the summer I could never recommend staying there. Way overpriced for what you get. Please read other reviews carefully to fully understand what you are paying for, it's for location only.

Unfortunately, this property did not work for us - more particularly for our elderly dog. She wasn't able to navigate the stairs into the house. I failed to realize in advance how steep and long the stairs were. As I looked at the photos after we left, I should have figured it out - so not really your fault.

Incredible View - BUT!!
First of all I'd like to say that the view from this property is amazing. However, there are several deficiencies that I need to point out. There is virtually no decorating of this home. Throughout the entire house there is one mirror and one poster in the main living area. The furniture was adequate but a lot of pieces were very out dated. The 4-burner stove had only 3 burners working and the microwave would sometimes work and sometimes not. Mold behind the kitchen sink and on the floor board of the bathrooms. Many blinds throughout the house did not work. Just a little money and time and this could be turned into an amazing destination!

Enjoying the beach with our dog
Great views, right on the beach, neighboring homes were not very close to this one, so we had privacy. Plenty of short and long walk options for us to exercise our dog. We were glad the TV was operative, given the national elections going on during our stay. Kitchen was well-stocked - we love to cook. The only issue was that there was only a small amount of paper towels in the kitchen and also TP in the bathrooms, so we had to purchase more to get through the week.

great stay
The house was great, awesome view and location. Nice & roomy with plenty of light with all the windows. We will be booking this home again, probably next year. We did want to point out that it seems the thermostats and heaters are not working properly. It wasn't a big deal during our stay, but with colder weather coming it might need to be looked at. We were sure who to tell. Thanks.

The location is absolutely dreamy - right on the beach and still close to town. The house itself is pretty tired. Felt very 80s/90s and pretty shabby, but the location was stellar and dogs are allowed, so overall a win.

Beautiful location,, but....
Attempted to contact management numerous times before our stay with no response. Very poor directions to the property. We drove around for an hour searching for the address that we were given to no avail. 10 PM after a 12 Hour Drive. Finally directed by a dog walker. We had to drive down a dirt road that was not marked that said no cars allowed. The house itself was beautiful very spacious and perfect spot on the beach. However, many shades were unworkable, there was no heat in one of the bedrooms, and the carpet had numerous stains on it. It’s too bad because we really love that area.

Enjoyed our stay
Enjoyed our stay. If I am being picky some upgrades would be nice for the price per night. The place needs a dusting (blinds, window sills etc.) and since they allow pets the furniture needed a vacuuming too. Kitchen needs more cookware. The tiny dollar store type pans were hard to cook for a family. All of that said we would stay here again. The house was in a great location, the views were amazing.
