Centraal in Bandung
Prima hotel, grote kamer, badkamer met douche en bad, hulpvaardige medewerkers, duur in het verzorgen van tours (gebruik Grab per uur veel voordeliger), uitgebreid ontbijt, ligging zeer centraal. Om de hoek is de zeer gezellige Braga. Iets verder op loopafstand liggen veel historische koloniale gebouwen.

Not a 4.5 star hotel - not even a 2.5 star
The carpet was so dirty; a 2-star hotel would have better carpet. The towels are old and worn out. Overall it was not a 4.5-star hotel. This is not a property that should have the Crowne Plaza name!

Nice staycation in executive club room
Hotel is strategic located in middle of the city center close to the old town and government offices. A lot of nice place for dining. Service are excellent, from front office, excecutive club, restaurant. Room cleanliness can be improve a bit. For club room, free flow of wine and beer dinner time.

very good
I stayed at there in during the period of regulation on behavior. Correspondence of hotel was calm and was very good. The situation in the room was a deluxe. Cleaning was thorough and was comfortable. The hot water in the bathtub was lukewarm, but they are immediately responded to action.

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff were very pleasant from day one. Wish there was greater variety of food available in the hotel for dining in as some were sold out. Brekfast spread was good and their fried rice is always amazing.
