arrendamos dos piezas, en una no hicieron limpieza ninguna de las 4 noches de las que nos quedamos. el desayuno bien basico, cafe en polvo pan mermelada y mantequilla de mani, nada mas. los dueños: ella no muy simpatica y el un poco mas amable lo bueno es la ubicacion, alado del metro y en un callejon tranquilo que te libra del ruido y locura de la ciudad. no nos quedariamos ahi denuevo, bueno para quien no quiere gastar mucho dinero y pasar una noche con comodidades basicas.

Great room with large terrace. Clean. Hard mattress. Service more of a hostel than hotel level. Printed posters everywhere to constantly remind you of the rules. No phone in room, no continuous reception, amenities very basic for price, cleaning available only morning and early afternoon, was imposed late checkout penalty when leaving at 12:20... Staff are otherwise friendly but very rule/policy-bound without understanding how flexibility can bring longer term success.

This hotel's owner was a super dishonest lady. On our check-in date, the staff showed me that there was a regulation that if i smoke, i will have penality which is 1000 baht. Other than that there were no other regulations. On the checkout date, the staff said that she needed to check my room. Okay then I let her check as I kept the room tidy and clean. However, the staff said that she found some dirt on the blanket which i couldn't see before i left the room. I am sure that those dirt was not made by me. (Actually I couldn't see any dirt even she showed me). She asked me to wait for a few minutes and asked the owner to come back. Then the owner was back and said that I have to give her 650 baht as penality otherwise they wouldn't let me leave. Then i gave them 650 baht and took the photos of those so-called dirt. When i went home, i called Expedia and complained. Expedia investated and sent me back 650 baht. Please aware of this horrible hotel. It left me an extremely bad experience on Thailand.

位置理想, 附近有bts 同 mrt站, 5分鐘腳程左右, 非常方便, 近大路口有7-11, 大路口有街邊檔, 近bts站又有雞飯店. 住宿環境方面, 非常舒適, 晚上寧靜, 唯一唔好處是由於大街路口有小食檔, 晚上回酒店的路上, 都幾多老鼠同曱甴. perfect location as it has bts and mrt station around, both are around 5 minutes walk distance. At the main road junction, there 's 7-11, food stores and nice chicken rice shop near bts station. It 's 5 minutes walk to main road, so very nice to enjoy the quiet night sleeping time and the room has all it needs as tourist. the only drawback is there 's food stores at the main road junction, when you head back to hotel at night time, many rats and cockroaches on the road or near the drainage holes.

Unbelievable! Our worst nightmare! Never had such a bad experience. We booked 4d3n. The first thing what went wrong: we get the wrong room. This was our last hotel of our 2 weeks holiday, so we thought, we take a luxury suite w/terrace. We already paid before arrival. Once in the room, we thought, where is the terrace? And the king size bed? We walked to the reception and ask what was going on. The lady didn't know how this could happened and called her boss. Solution 1: We can stay one more night for free. (There is a reason why we booked 3 nights, we have a planning to go back) Solution 2: we can give you 1000Bt cash back. Since we paid in euros she re-calculated that and came to the difference of 1500Bt. We were tired and it was late. We agreed on the 1500Bt cash back. (afterwards we should get at least 2100Bt back instead of 1500Bt due to regular room rate). The room: The first thing we saw is that there was an half role of toilet paper and no extra toilet paper. The bed can move easily. There are no possibilities to hang your clothes in the bath room. The last night we came back at 11.00 PM and the room wasn't cleaned up. Nothing happend! No toilet paper, bed and room weren't cleaned up. She blamed us, that we didn't hang the sign. the sign has two side: 1) do not disturb. 2) cleaning in progress. We thought side 2 means the guest cannot enter the room yet b/c cleaning is in progress. Bad experience and not worth a star.

I ill be staying again.
The room was clean, contemporary and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. Only downfall, I had the last room up on the 4th floor and there was no lift. Nice simple breakfast, eggs, toasts, cereals, tea, coffee and fresh orange juice. I will be staying again.

The property is good for the money. The staff is super friendly and location is great but their bed is hard as a rock. I have so much back pain from sleeping there. I believe they could invest on a better mattress or a good mattress top at least. Otherwise they place was good.

Silom Studios was a lovely spacious but very basic accommodation. Its a good choice for a budget traveler but leaves some things lacking for experienced travelers. The good: 1. Location: the property is very close to both BTS and MRT stations. It is also very close to Silom Complex (mall) which was my saving grace when I discovered the grocery store on the bottom level. 2. Property** : the studio was clean. This room had a spacious bathroom and oversized shower (no tub). Great strong air conditioning. 3. Friendly staff - a language barrier did exist but the desk was able to make several appointments for me to attend a show, private tour, massage. Nothing was particularly bad, but there are some areas for either improvement or to note for future guest. 1. No microwave in room. The food I brought back from the night markets, I ended up giving to the staff because I could not heat it up. This also impacted my hungry evenings as I found myself walking up to the main road to get fast food at 1 AM. 2. No toiletries, no paper towels (studio did provide hand soap, and shampoo) 3. There is a weird rule about guest. Not permitted, not even to use bathroom. I didn't even bother to have my friends pick me up for our tours and excursions- I met them in route. 4. 1000 baht deposit. Only accepted in baht (cash). No credit card, no USD cash equivalent. Thankfully I converted some money at airport. 5. Breakfast was cereal. 6. Very slippery floors. Overall, I did enjoy Bagkok.

住宅街に有り静かですが、隣のデュシタニ？ホテルが工事中で少々気になる時が有りました。部屋は綺麗で新しいです。歯ブラシとスリッパが無いので準備してください。エアコンはダイキンで静かでした。私の部屋はキッチンがありました。朝ごはんはパン、牛乳、シリアル、オレンジジュース、コーヒー程度で軽食で受付した部屋で食べれます。スタッフとは英語で会話する事になります。親切です。デポジットは現金で3泊で1000バーツ。知人を泊めると一泊500バーツかかります。タニヤ通り迄は、こちらの人の遅いペースに合わせると徒歩10分かからない程度です。セブンイレブン迄は5分位ですが小さな店なので通り過ぎる可能性があります。

Clean place located near Saladaeng BTS Station
Very Clean and quiet (see further note ensued here) place within short walk (less than 5 mins) from Saladaeng BTS Station. Like the bed (hard one) which gave me a sleep-like-baby nights (not sure if it was because of those walks in the city). Breakfast included is simple. Only a few minor exceptions: Construction underway (September 2019) short distance away means there were noises from 9am onwards on weekdays. Also be mindful that there is policy of requiring outside "casual" guests to register at lobby and subject to extra charges.

It’s an apartment being converted into a 10 room studio apartment. Room was clean as It’s only in operation for about a year. Great location as It’s near BTS and MRT, provided you are familiar with the place as the location is inside a small lane

여기 직원 개또라이 돈 뜯길수있음 가면안됨
여기 절대 가면안됨. 여기 일하는 여자 직원 완전 미친년임. 체크인하려고 하는데 이미 어떤 서양인 남자 게스트랑 싸우고 있었음. 남자분이 계속 "유얼 크레이지!!!!유얼크레이지!!!"하면서 소리쳤는데 아마 시트에 뭐가 묻었다고 돈을 물어내라고 하는 것 같았음 내 일 아닌줄 알았는데 세상에 나 체크아웃하는 날에 나한테 똑같은 수법 쓰면서 수건에 뭐가 묻었다고 보증금1000바트에서 500바트를 못돌려주겠다고하는거임. 심지어 얘네 나 지내는 3일동안 수건 한번도 안바꿔줌. 내가 수건 바꿔달라도 요청까지 했는데 내가 쓴 수건 그대로 방에 말려서 쓰라고 널어놓음. 그것도 어이가 없었는데 나가는날 수건에 뭐가 묻었다고 돈 안돌려준다함. 내가 개빡쳐서 그거 내가 지금 당장 빨아서 깨끗하게 돌려놓으면 어떡할래? 내놔 내가 빨아온다 딱 기다려라 그리고 너네 수건 안바꿔준거 내가 모를줄 아냐고 막 따졌더니 갑자기 급 태도 돌변하더만 미안하다고 그냥 가라고함. 이년 이거 그냥 항상 써먹는 수법인듯. 도랐음 도라이임 그렇게해서 만만한 관광객들한테 돈 뜯어먹는듯 여기 숙소 호텔스컴바인측에서도 올리지말고 내려야함. 절대 가면안됨

Cute and clean place
Great place, clean and friendly, super attentive staff and perfect location. Unfortunately there is no sound proofing in the doors, it can therefore be a bit noisy.

Dear Guest Sorry to hear about that but our check in time police is 14.00-22.00 and we sent you an e-mail for ask the arrival time but you did not reply so we dont know that you would be arrive or cancel. You were arrived at 2.30 am late night. So that time no one at check in area just the cleaner can open the door for you. About air conditioner in the room. I am not sure what noise you comment about but all the guests have not been say any thing about noise in this room. Sorry to hear that and thank you for your review. 친애하는 손님 죄송합니다. 시간에 대한 우리의 수표 경찰은 14.00-22.00이며 도착 시간을 묻기 위해 이메일을 보냈지 만 답장을 보내지 않았기 때문에 도착하거나 취소 할 수 없다는 것을 알았습니다. 늦은 밤 2.30 am에 도착했습니다. 그래서 그 시간에 아무도 체크인 구역에있는 청소부는 당신을 위해 문을 열 수 없습니다. 방의 에어컨에 대해서. 나는 어떤 소음에 대해 당신이 논평하지만 모든 손님 이이 방에 소음에 대해 아무 말도하지 않은지 모르겠다. 죄송합니다. 검토 해 주셔서 감사합니다.

Nice studio near Saladaeng station.
Excellent accommodation and location. Very helpful owner. This is more like an airbnb and not a full service hotel. Note that there is an extra fee for overnight guests.

Very pleasant stay!
Had a short, but very pleasent stay at Silom Studios. Extremely helpful staff (had problems with luggage and they took care of transportation to airport before departure), nice clean, new room with good AC. Location is also very close to BTS, restaurants bars etc. Wifi was stabile with strong signal. Will absolutely stay here again if I come back to Bangok!

Liked how close it was to both of the MTR or BTS stations and everything. The only this I disliked was how it would be 40degrees in the room before getting in.we stayed on the highest floor (4) so I guess the sun would be beating down on it. Everytime we got in after a long day/night, the room would welcome us as a sauna! However after 10 mins of AC it would be fine.

Отель был для нас транзитным ( переночевать) поэтому требования к нему были незначительные, за небольшие деньги, но реальность превзошла ожидания. Да отельчик небольшой, номера тоже небольшие, но чистота, ничего изношенного, сравнивая с некоторыми 4етверками, номера гораздо лучше выглядят. Завтрак, обычный, скромный, тосты. В итоге впечатления очень положительные, для бронирования на небольшой срок
