Good experience indeed!
I have given 5 out of 5 because of Lliwen's outstanding hospitality and customer service. The location is just for the individual who only want to be with themselves, this cannot go wrong, simply outstanding. Her home made bread deserves a 5 star, I loved it. The hot tub in the open air felt like a sanctuary in the evening, wish there was a clear sky. Would love to go there again! Thank you. However, I would recommend 2 improvement areas as the intent is to enhance the overall experience. (1) Please train the dog / put on leash / keep her in your own property, when you have guests. She was always pouncing on us and barking when ever we are in front of her. Even when we were eating in the dining table it was barking from the window. I felt quite irritated as I would love to stay in such location with peace of mind without any worries (2) If and only if possible the bathroom somehow need to be dry through a shower partition or heated towel railings

Thank you for your review.. I can only apologise for our new 4 month puppy .. she is being taught but it takes a while. We will take all your points onboard and certainly keep her away from guests ( even though they have been encouraging her 🙈) I did notice the fan in the bathroom had been switched off. It is possible to do this so not to disturb others in the night. Thanks again .. always welcome

Beautiful Cottage
Beautiful cottage in the perfect setting. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything you could need supplied and more. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy. Great communication with the hosts, we couldn’t ask for more…very enjoyable stay…thank you!

Best Host
We were greeted by the owner and given fresh baked bread that was very delicious!! The place is close to so many attractions in North Wales and the accommodation was very clean!! It is located in a very quiet place in the mountains. Fresh air. Highly recommend it! We were there for 7nights and enjoyed every bit of it despite the weather.

So relaxing!
This beautiful accommodation was perfectly tucked away giving a real sense of escapism. Gorgeous walk through the countryside to Aberfalls. Comfy beds and a cosy comfortable environment. Our host couldn't do enough for us absolutely above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Great location and lovely cottage
This cottage was perfect for exploring Snowdonia with lovely views. But I have never stayed in self catering where the owner came in while we were out for the day and made the beds and washed up, I didn't think it was appropriate to do this in a self catering place.

Great location and fabulous cottage

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location
Our whole weekend was excellent - the cottage was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen had what we needed, the hot tub was fantastic and very clean. And the owners were very welcoming.

Great time
This was a great property in a great location. The host welcomed us with a loaf of fresh baked bread and eggs fresh from her hens. The hot tub was great and they also had a well equipped workout room. Great recommendations from the host on things to do and good restaurants in the area. Highly recommend this property.

New Year Stay
Lovely property, hottub cleaned daily, fresh bread on arrival. Was in a brilliant location to explore Snowdonia and Anglesey, owners were great then left you to enjoy your holiday, we will return. Thanks The Joneses

Hidden gem
Brilliant facility- welcoming host. Gorgeous views. The cottage is off the beaten track but definitely close enough to civilisation to pick up groceries from local Express supermarket that’s a 10 min drive away.

Lovely cottage in a picturesque setting with attentive hosts
We had a fantastic weekend here. The hosts are so attentive, the fresh bread and eggs were a nice surprise and welcoming touch. The cottage is cosy and maintained daily. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. It was perfect for us as a couple but would also be good for a small family. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect weekend
Absolutely loved our weekend away. Perfect for an Anniversary trip. Gorgeous scenery for walking with the added bonus of the hot tub to rest your muscles when you return. Couldn’t fault it, we’d definitely go back :)

A well needed Stay
Fantastic property Located in beautiful hills And surrounding areas, Local people are fantastic as well as our wonderful host who made us feel very welcome and at home during our stay. As 4 young people with busy lives it was a weekend well needed and the property didn't disappoint - the Hot Tub clean and spacious, the gym adequate for any workout (from a personal trainer) and a great setting to unwind and relax

30th birthday celebrations
we come away for a short stay to celebrate my 30th birthday. We were able to check in earlier than planned. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners. We were given fresh jam/bread & eggs. Place was so lovely and very clean. Hot tub was clean & was cleaned everyday. We will definitely be coming back next near for longer.

Had a wonderful stay and Lilwen was very accommodating when we were delayed due to traffic-taking in our online shop for us and putting it away-that’s service! Everything you need for a wonderful stay and the hot tub was really clean! Fabulous!

Perfect for relaxing
We wanted some where to stay that was a close base to snowdon and a cosy first family holiday. This place is perfect. Clean, cozy and relaxing with the use of a hot tub as an added bonus. The fresh bread and eggs was a great touch Will definitely look into booking again if in the area.....just may bring the smaller car so going up the lane is not so cozy lol xx

Lovely homey countryside weekend away
Me and 4 friends came to stay here for the Easter weekend to climb snowdon and enjoy the countryside. This was a brilliant alternative to the city! The cottage was really cute, and we loved the hot tub too!! The host was lovely and friendly and kind - she made us some fresh bread on arrival too and as we asked nicely she was happy for us to check in a little earlier. One piece of feedback I would give is we did feel we were staying in someone’s house rather than renting our own apartment/space. Overall, love weekend away!

Gorgeous spot for a relaxing break
Had a lovely 2 night stay with Lliwen and Paul in march 2019. Lovely location, secluded but very close to the A55 do easy to find (though the road up to it is the steepest I've ever driven on!!). Beautiful views of the mountains around you - we were going to climb Snowdon, but the weather wasn't good enough, so had a hike up to Aber Falls instead. Lovely walk, about 10 miles there and back. Of course, the hot tub was fantastic!! Sitting in there of an evening, glass of prosecco looking out over the mountains, couldn't be better. Lovely and clean, comfy beds, hot shower, plenty of amenities (though the halogen oven took a bit of getting used to!). Can't wait to go back when the weather has warmed up.

It was perfect place for our trip to Wales. Loved it!
The place and the owners were great! It was off the beaten path, but very close to Bangor and Mt Snowdon. We loved it and hope to return someday.

It was a pleasure to meet you all. With being 1 mile from the main A55 route..it makes it very central for Snowdonia yet very peaceful , secluded & private. Always welcome. Thank you for staying with us.
