Great location but .......
The condo itself is very outdated. On top of that it was not cleaned properly. There was dust flying everywhere around and the floor did not look vacuum cleaned. The dishwasher and top load washer were so clunky and noisy the neighbours bellow complained while I was trying to run them. We even left a day early since we could not stand the situation. My communication with the management company was very disappointing too and I was surprised by the misleading terms and lack of desire for genuinly good customer service.

Ruined reservation!
The property at large was mostly fine, since we have stayed there before. Our reservation was cut short a day with us being notified on Christmas day as we were leaving for the 11 hour drive. They knew weeks before but told us on Christmas morning. We were guaranteed early check-in at 12 to make up for the lost day. Nobody told the resort so we sat for three and a half hours with groceries and 8 people. That evening the noise above was unbelievable from 9 to midnight, and the next day the office told us they were cleaning that unit. There was no loft as the description states. The office personnel were pleasant but talked behind our back about check-in being at 4. Our kids informed us later. The pool was closed and we were not informed ahead of time. We aren't picky people and work hard to afford a vacation. We only wanted to teach our kids to ski. Very little soundproofing of the units. We booked thru VRBO who gave it to something like Rental Pros? Very unprofessional service! And after altering our stay on Christmas morning if we didn't confirm and accept the new dates they threatened to cancel the whole stay. Never before have we had such an awful run of as they said "technical error"!
