“The whole hotel smells good and is clean. The facilities in the room were easy to use and convenient. Large bed and soft pillows, ample amenities and free fruit. Not only was there a wide variety of breakfast options, but they also made porridge and omelets for us. I would like to use this again next time. Thank you for this time.”

“The hotel charged me $10 USD for using three tea bags. There was no sign in the room telling me the possible charge. In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. The worst is that I received an email from hotel.com asking me if I stayed in this hotel and i was asked to provide the room number otherwise I was assumed of not staying here and shall charge me the room the second time.
