Hola AlbertoMuchas gracias por su feedbackLamentamos lo sucedido con el agua calienteFue un problema de la caldera que se solucionó con la mayor rapidez posible.Como podrá entender, a veces las cosas se estropean y por ello pedimos disculpas y le aseguramos que se hizo todo lo posible para minimizar las molestias a los huéspedes.En cuanto a la cama, sentimos que no haya sido de su agrado, aunque por lo general solemos recibir muy buenas críticas en cuanto a la misma por su gran tamaño y comodidad.De todas maneras esperamos que haya podido disfrutar su estancia en la ciudad y si más adelante decidieran volver, poder ofrecerles una mejor experiencia.Para nosotros es prioritaria la satisfacción de todas las personas que se alojan en el REC, y nos esforzamos a diario para hacer todo lo que está en nuestra mano para que así sea, y para solucionar lo más rápido posible lo que está fuera de ella.Disculpas de nuevo y que tenga un buen diaUn saludoHotel REC Barcelona

The whole region need the remaining water for necessary things, and the Government itself does not allow us to spend it on the pools, as there's much important things that requiere waterClosing the pool it's not a decision or a choice for the hotel, it comes directly from the GovernmentWe do apologize if we didn't reached your expectations, but there's certain things that are out of our controlBest Regards
