lo recomiendo
el departamento es sumamente amplio y muy bien ubicado. Tiene una linda decoración. Quiero destacar que olvidamos alli algo de valor y nos llamaron para avisarnos que lo tenían en su poder aun antes de que nosotros nos hubiésemos dado cuanta de que nos faltaba. Actitud muy valorable

Excelente!
Fue una muy buena estadía; aunque con un poco de temor por qué era la primera vez q tomamos este tipo de alojamientos. Muy bien ubicado, perfecto espacio para una familia de cuatro y disposición de 24 horas del personal para ayudarte. Muchas gracias!!!

Gestion pésima
La gestión de la reserva desde la web con el alojamiento fue pésima. Nad al más reservar nos enviaron mail con una dirección diferente donde hacer el check-in que no correspondía a la dirección del apartamento. Al llamar tardaron 30 min en aclararnos blanco dirección correcta. Nada más llegar teníamos que rellenar una hoja con nuestros datos personales y de tarjeta de crédito, al parecer par al cobrar una fianza (no se había hecho desde la web???). No teníamos bolígrafo, y en el apartamento no nos lo facilitaron. Llamé para informar, pero aún asi 12 h mas de tarde nos bloquearon el acceso al apartamento!!!!!

Buena ubicación
Destacar del apartamento su buena ubicación en el centro de barcelona. Sobre equipamiento y comodidad, señalar que cumple con las espectativas para la nota que tiene, las camas son comodas y hay tranquilidad y silencio en el inmueble. Como punto negativo, las malas olores de desagues en el baño. Tuvimos que coger un aparcamiento para el vehiculo en las inmediaciones que cuesta sobre 0.05 centimos minuto (90 euros diarios).

Las llaves están lejos del hospedaje.
Tiene buena ubicación, pero cuando llegas tienes que ir a otro sitio a buscar las llaves para para poder entrar. Me habían dicho que podia dejar las maletas en recesión pero resulta que la recesión no es en ese edificio sino que hay que ir coche o metro a llevarlas.

good place , bad management
the apartment is in one location and the office you need to register is in a different ones requiring to take a taxi. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, not even in the building, creating us an hassle just arrived, however the apartment was big and clean.

God lejlighed midt i Barcelona
God og hurtig indtjening. Transport fra indtjekningsstedet til lejligheden skete nemt med metroen - kun to stop. Lejligheden var lidt mørk og den vendte ud mod baggården, men indretnings- og størrelsesmæssigt var den meget fin. Kunne ikke være placeret bedre. Vi var lige midt i byen og kunne gå til det meste. Udtjekning sker nemt ved blot at efterlade nøglen i lejligheden.

Look Elsewhere. Terrible Service and Apartment.
The property had people enter our apartment multiple times without as much as a phone call for warning and forced us to move apartments on short notice. I had a booked an apartment for 3 nights. The second day we were there we came back to our apartment to find the door wide open and 2 women inside our apartment. We were told the apartment weren't going to be serviced, so we had all of our things out in the open. The people claimed they worked for Short Stay Group and that they thought the apartment was empty, apologized and left. I went to the bathroom and when I came out I saw they had let themselves back in again. This time they handed me a phone, the man on the telephone said that we had been given the wrong apartment, that they had made a mistake and I was to leave and move to a new one immediately. So we spent 30 minutes repacking and moving to a new apartment, while cleaning ladies rushed us onward. Both apartments needed a paint job and had broken door handles.

Not happy at all! Upon arrival relatively happy with the property although we did see a dead cockroach in the foyer but ignored this due to the weather. At first impressions the apartment was very nice in terms of decor. All beds were clean and towels and sheets were provided along with complimentary shampoo/cream. Large kitchen which was also well equipped. The flat was very spacious and had great ventilation throughout. As time went on during our four night stay we saw the issues begin to arise. Ants/Silverfish appearing in the bathrooms, a shower curtain that just kept falling down, the iron never worked and when reported we were never provided a replacement! Also noticed tiles lifting on the kitchen floor, one of the air conditioners started leaking, an electrical socket fell out of the wall. In addition we then saw multiple live and dead cockroaches in the foyer and stairs up to our apartment. Not happy at all and reaching out to Expedia to complain, not four star and not happy! In addition we flew back yesterday and have still not received the deposit back when we were told we would have it back on the same day! Also we were provided a whatsapp line to contact out of hours which we could never get in touch with most of the time.

Average Apartment in great location.
The office to check in was 2metro stops away and the Barcelona map was confusing so it took forever to find the place. We had trouble getting the door unlocked, even got another guest to try and help. In the end we called and got it sorted out. The apartment was large, but walls needed repainting. Scuffed and grease marks in both the LR and Bedroom. Bed was comfortable but the room was uncomfortable to sleep in as the AC only really cooled the LR. A ceiling fan or box fan would’ve been great (and for the price wouldn’t be too much to ask. Nice view out the window of the AC unit. Overall so-so for the price. I saw a room I’ve the back that looked much brighter. Maybe the dark grey walls added to the atmosphere.

메인 리셉션(아파트 키 분출 및 체크인 장소)의 위치와 실제 예약된 아파트의 위치가 무거운 가방을 가지고 다니기에 너무 멀고 불편함. 늦은시간(오후 8시)이후 체크인 시에 예약된 아파트에서만 체크인이 되면 추가 비용(40유로)가 지불되어야 함이 불편함. 무료 식수 제공이 되지 않아 아쉬움. 리셉션 관리인 등 관계자들은 매우 친절함. 아파트의 청결과 관리상태는 만족스러운 상태이며 주변 위치 및 시내 관광에 매우 좋은 위치임.

The apartment is located in a great location. Check-in is in a different area, 30-35 minutes walking. It was a little dirty when we arrive, but overall is was alright.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy to get around with a Metro station only 2 blocks away. Good restaurants near by and a market not a half a block away. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. Living room and dining room furniture is a bit worn and should be replaced and walls need to be touched up but overall well worth the money and would differently stay there again. Note the office is not located at property. Must check in at office before arriving to your apartment. Office is about a 20-30 minute walk or just 1 Metro station away.

found it easily and the agent was very pleasant and helpfull. within alf an hour of getting there, we found that neither the TV or Kettle worked, the agent said that house keeping would sort the following day, but this didnt happen. Other than this, the appartment was plain but clean, the position was nice and central and although we were on the front and above a busy road, the noise was minimal and no problem

The location is perfect but check in it is very inconvenient because after a long fly with 8 family members ,I lived them on the street in front of the apartment to go to las ramblas to pick up the keys . I took two taxis and the tourist taxes is more what we spected

L’appartamento e’ in una posizione comoda rispetto ai mezzi di trasporto e ai servizi (locali e negozi). E’ in una zona sicura e tranquilla anche di sera. L'appartamento e’ nuovo, ben arredato è dotato di quel che serve. Noi ci siamo stati in inverno ed e’ ben riscaldato. La tv e’ a schermo piatto (Samsung) con varie uscite anche la hdmi. Tutto sommato ottima scelta, molto consigliato.

Pros: Great convenient location. Nice to have 2 bedrooms to let the girls go to bed with the parents sitting in the dark. Cons: A/C is only in the living room. Also, the evaporator pump does not shut off. Amenities are a minimum. Dishes must be washed in the dishwasher. No paper products besides TP. Check in is not at the apartment. Also late check in is 40 Euros. Would stay again

Happy in Barca
We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. We found the location to be excellent and extremely walkable. We were even able to walk to the Magic Fountain from the apartment. Check in was a bit of a hassle because we arrived during a severe thunderstorm and our wifi wasn't working so we couldn't call the office for the entry code. Luckily the nice Chinese restaurant next door allowed us to use their wifi.

Ocena procesu zameldowania
Hotel znajduje sie w miejskiej zabudowie stąd w przypadku otwarcia okna przeszkadza duży hsłas generowany przez ruch uliczny. Ogólnie apartament oceniam pozytywnie jednakże negatywną ocenę wystawić muszę za rozwiązania dotyczące zameldowania. Czytając opis hotelu wydaje sie, że recepcja jest na miejscu, czynna od 10-20 natomiast kilka dni przed wyjazdem otrzymałam informację że w ogóle nie można tam się zameldować chyba że poza wyznaczonymi godzinami i za opłatą 40€! Przyjeżdżałam o godz 14.00 i musiałam z bagażami fatygować się 20 minut z pl. Catalunya w stronę Biura a następnie odbywać drogę powrotną ok 30 minut. Było to bardzo wyczerpujące i uważam że taką informację powinnam uzuskać przed ostateczną decyzją o rezerwacji i przed zapłatą. Z takiego powodu zrezygnowałam z innego apartamentu a tu spotkałam taką właśnie sytuację. Poza tym było ok!
