値段が安いのは魅力だけど…
Wi-Fiが繋がりにくかったのが残念です。 エレベーターが1基故障して、1日以上止まったままで待ち時間が長く不便しました。 値段が安いので、仕方ないかー…って思いました。

pre arrival sent email to confirm all 6 rooms on same floor. Confirmation email sent to us. But they couldn’t give us sane floor rooms upon checkin. Very very inconvenient. Toiletries not topped up, no coffee cups no glasses. Toilet flush leaked, had to change rooms in middle of meeting !!!!

1. Staff availability answering phone call 2. Request as per booking not fulfill. (Example: we wanted for queen bed but when arrived, no more available) 3. Aircon not cool. 4. Our room near to the lift, it was very noisy when the brake catches or release.

Family suddenly feel like going for a day getaway. We didnt manage to book the usual hotel, got this hotel last minute without looking other reviews .This will be the first and last time staying in this hotel : First room not ready when we came at 2plus deliberately, given only one card causing inconvenience, water bottles x2 ea provided , towels x 3 ea when we mentioned 4 guests.Not to mention the hot water took quite a while. luckily the staffs are polite and professional in service, beds are comfortable , 2 out of 3 air conditioning system work very well , shower s' water pressure ok, both TV working, swimming pool nice but cosy, location near nagoya shopping mall. We feel it is not really worthwhile in term of $$.

Infected with ants. Despite changing several rooms, all rooms had full of ants. Staff are not friendly. Air con not working properly.housekeeping does not top up shower gel and shampoo or change towel. For everything they will ask you to pay be it extra pillow or shower gel and etc

I ignore what other people say before i book the room but after i arrive there i do relaise the room was small,air con are leaking ,the toilet water are slow and dirty Some staff are arrogant as they are when you ask what was wrong with the lift, instead of asnwering they choose to be pretending not to listen ..we up the stair case since we arrive until we chech out. Anyway we book the big room with 2 bedroom,living room n kitchen but the room are not as fresh ,clean and good as i thought

In desperate need of a refurb. Room was tatty but the bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was minuscule and the towels. would rip the skin from your back. Staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful. Buffet breakfast was very limited and the fruit was tired looking. My room overlooked the nearby mosque and the soundproofing of the windows did nothing to stop the 4am wake up call from the Muezzin.

Horrible, we went for breakfast at 8.30am and there was ay food left. Made a complaint to the floor manager and she smile n said that breakfsst is till 11am. U can open the cafe the whole day but with out even cereal or even bread what u expect ur customers to eat?

nettes hotel für ein paar tage
Das Hotel befinded sich ca. 1km Fußmarsch von dem Einkaufszentrum NagoyaMall entfernt. Daher kann mann auch mal schnell ei e schoppig tour unternehmen. Im allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel nur die direkte Umgebung ist Nachts ein bisschen mit Vorsicht zu geniessen. Das Früchtück ist reichhaltig man kann zwichen 6 warmen Gerichten wählen. zb. Nudeln Gemüse Huhn in verschiedenen kombinationen. Es gibt eine Salatbar mit frischem Salat und dann noch die obligatorischen Toast und Kuchen.

Disappointed!!! 4 stars hotel???
Very Bad service or no service at all! Informed the counter to change the Towel cos it was very smelly but didn't rec new towel. Called housekeeping or reception few times but no one picks up call. Only given 1 room key, so inconvenience! I wonder how do they rate as 4 stars? Will not go back again even if for free!!!!

It was a very wonderful stay even though just a night. The room is cosy, bed is fluffy, spacious, toilet is well maintained, have variety of food for breakfast, hotel staff are helpful. . Overall is nice. Will come back again my next trip here and will recommend friends.

Booking for 1 exclusive double bed but was given 2 single bed due to so many people. Toilet was smelly. Breakfast request for half boil egg with the staff and she noted. We waited for our half boil egg and did not send to us. This is not the first time. The last time I went they did the same thing. We request from the staff and even ask me how many we want but never send to us. They never top up the food and drinks. The service was no good...

The room has crocroch, the water heater is slow, takes more than 5 minutes of running water before feeling warm water coming. Bath water splasing out of bath area as bad design. Air con remote not controling the AC, informed front desk personally and nothing was done...very bad service, food was lousy too...

Location is good. Near to Nagoya Hill shopping mall. However, housekeeping service should improve. I have requested for hair dryer but it took about 40 mins to send to my room. Concierge service was excellent. The staff recommended us a few places for dinner and massage. Hotel taxi service is having 50% promotion. Superb worth!

SMELLY OLD TOWELS
The only thing i didn't like about this hotel are their very old smelly towels. I mean really old and smelly you wouldn't even use it as FLOOR bath towel. We had to use our clothes to wipe us dry after shower and had to go to a salon to wash our hair instead. Room is ok but bring your own towel if you decide to stay in the hotel

Worth the stay
For the price we pay, food is considered very good already. Bed is comfortable to sleep. 2 pillows provided which is important to me because i can't sleep with 1 pillow. Walking distant to Nagoya Hill shopping centre. However, we booked for double bed but no double bed available and given 2 single beds. Beside the building, there is a pharmacy. Opposite the building, there are food stalls which is cheap and good food.Free dropped off provided from 4 pm to the 3 shopping centre. Overall, still would recommend to stay.

Decent hotel
Bed is very comfortable. Area is very close to city but not walking accesible. Breakfast was pretty much plain and simple. Price is cheap. Room view not to expect much. Room facilities is below average. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

Great hotel
Choose non smoking room but end up get smoking room but we had no problem with it. Only that the room toilet water temperature is mostly too hot, and if change to cold, the water pressure is lesser. And saw afew cockroaches in the room. Other than that its a great stay without the renovation.
