Nice motel in a convenient location, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was small but had all we needed (although a toaster would have been good). Easy to walk or ride bikes around the area, and quite picturesque with the water and surrounding hills. Highlight of our visit was finding pebble beach about 10 minutes drive north.

Our room exhaust in bathroom didn’t work. Air conditioner needed clean didn’t work effectively. No hand towel.

Hi Wayne, we were unaware the exhaust fan was not working effectively and have since addressed the issue. A check of the airconditioner today shows it is clean and working properly. If we were able to investigate during your stay, we may have been able to rectify any issues imediately.

We really had a horrible experience at batsman bay lodge,we were send back and forth to open the door of the room 3rd time and finally when it opened the room was not even cleaned,we went back to the lady in the reception and she was very unhelpful she directly said she doesn’t have anything for us so she will have to refund our money at 5:30 pm.We drove 7 hours and we felt helpless.I don’t recommend anyone to go through such horrible experience,the lady didn’t even try to help us.

Stayed for a night. Room was clean with nice and comfortable bed and pillow. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only disappointed with the condition and size of the bathroom - it’s pretty cozy especially the shower area. to me, bathroom needs a facelift. Overall, nice accommodation for a night or two.

Amazing! Had a newly decorated room, overlookung the bay, wirh a quaint balcony. The room had 2 sofas. We were greeted with a "gift" of chocolates on the bed. Espresso machine, kettle and fridge. If you don't want to make your own there is a cafe for breakfast and lunch attached to hotel. All other restaurants are within walking distance. Great variety and close to fresh Clyde River oysters. New managers were most hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend the stay on the bay.

The accommodation had been refreshed but needs a few touch-ups. Noise from the upstairs bathroom was very noticeable from our bedroom, and not just the water running down the pipe. Room had coffee pod machine but no way of frothing milk, so a bit un-necessary. Curtains needed to be hooked back up on our arrival to close properly. Overall it was nice, and we would stay again, but maybe in an upstairs room away from the communal meeting space.

The best part of my stay was the location of this motel. It's pretty central meaning we could walk to the restaurants and parks. The room we got was small with basin outside of bathroom. I'm pretty sure I booked a room with 2 queen beds but we got 2 double beds. The shower floor was slippery. I would stay again if the price was cheaper.

Was a comfy stay after driving for 6 hours due to traffic through Nowra. The Staff @ Batemans Bay Lodge were lovely. Nice walk and outlook along the boardwalk.
