Close to the interstate. Has a place on site to eat but there is also a lot of places close by. Staff is always nice and rooms are clean.

Noisy room, server and bartender friendly
In my room the heater made an annoying sound all night. I couldn’t sleep and when I mentioned it to the gentleman at check out he showed no concern or said no apologies. In my kids room the toilet did not flush. They tried fixing it on their own with no avail. Bartender and morning server were very nice and friendly. The add on breakfast for $10 was worth it. Food was ok, bacon was cooked to perfection. Rooms were clean!! Overall nice but I did not get any sleep.

Wonderful Place
It was an amazing facility. It was very clean and tidy and had a wonderful restaurant which I purchased breakfast tickets so it was well worth the money. It was very professionally ran at the desk. We had no complaints.

Overall our stay was plesent, bes was comfortable, it was a one night stay on our way back hone from a bigger trip. Hotel smelt clean, you can tell they are in the process of updating/fixing things. Only complaint was the breakfeat situation. We purchased the vouchurs with our room, the breakfeat its self was actually pretty good for the price even though our order was wrong. There was only one peraon working the whole "resturant" taking orders, cooking and cashing ppl out, ect. Overall a decent stay, just a few kinks to work out.

The elevator was terrible. One was broken and didn't work at all. You have to wait forever on the other one. It stops and the doors open on every floor for no reason at all

I appreciated the fact that I was able to do a late check in. We had an issue with the original room I was assigned, but I was glad that they were able to quickly move me into another room. I didn't like the cost for the room and the fact that it did not include breakfast.

As a Holiday Inn, rather than Holiday Inn Express; we have a restaurant, instead of the continental breakfast buffet. I can understand that it could be expected, as there are 4 times more Holiday Inn Express hotels than full-service Holiday Inns! However, we do generally offer a budget friendly "best for breakfast rate". The small upcharge will include up to two breakfasts. Kids 12 and under eat free when accompanied by an adult meal purchased. We would love to have you visit with us again!

Very nice gentleman checked us in and was aware when people entered the lobby. The morning staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help straighten out a minor issue. Highly recommend

Hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was I found the that the bottle of body soap in the shower had been refilled with water presumably because the soap bottle was almost empty. The shower curtain was also too short to reach the top of the sidewall of the tub and water covered the bathroom floor. Fresh soap and longer shower curtains would be helpful. Room 309.

Not impressed.
Hair ball on our pillow. Spider in the shower. Toilet didnt flush well because the bowl didnt fill. Had to manually unclog ourselves after waiting 3 hours for maintainance to never come. Key card to get inside from the pool didnt work so we had to walk around to enter through the front door to get back in.

The hairball on the pillow information has been shared with the housekeeping team, as that should not have been there. I also apologize for the clogged toilet. Our maintenance man normally handles this issue quickly. We are using your feedback to remind the front desk of the importance of follow up calls. Please note that the toilet in this room has been fixed. The pool door is a work in progress at this time, but we are informing our guests about this issue in advance. Bathtub could have been cleaned. Buildup on the floor was getting there. I understand maid service isn’t regular but, taking the reash out daily would be nice.

The cleanliness of the bathroom floor and tub has been addressed and shared as a training tool. I'm so sorry that your trash was not emptied and that the bathroom was not cleaned to standards.
