The hotel was nothing like what was on Expedia. The room was dirty, a lot of riff raff outside we did not feel safe at all. We left not even 10 minutes of being there and went to a different hotel. We will never be back.

The bedsheets were either dirty or stained. The "furniture" pieces were in very poor shape. We were in desperation for a cheap, nearby room so this place served the bill. We will never, ever come back

The first room, the door did not shut properly and was letting cold air in it was not the kind of room I reserved, and I had to move to another room because of the water heater going out and found a bedbug in the bed and finally got the room reserved

For 65$ a night, it wasnt too bad.
For 65$ a night wasnt bad. When walking in, there was a dirty pair of socks laying on the night stand. The bedding smelled like smoke. Room was organized otherwise. The housekeeper knocked on my door to see if i needed new towels. I said no, but did show her the room was not exactly cleaned from the occupant before. She said " i dunno i only work part time." The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and friendly. Consition of the room, the stove wasnt clean, the shelf above the stove was in disrepair, the night stand was damaged, still functioned though. If it wasnt for the staff, i probably would bypass this hotel.

It took over 1 hour to check in. Red Roof Inn Battle Creek didn't ever acknowledge my booking until I called Hotels.com. One hour I'll never get back and nearly caused me to be late for my function. Disgraceful.

Get what you pay for
I knew reserving this room I was not getting something amazing, but I did expect something clean at the least. I found a hoodie left in the room from someone who stayed their before me so makes me wonder how well they legit clean the rooms. I will say it was quite for the most part minus someones car alarm that kept going off on night 2, I slept peacefully & the room served its purpose...to get away from my house for a couple of days to destress.

This property is ran down The front desk clerk was rude and of absolute no help in finding our room. We didn’t even stay at this property. We literally opened the door to the room, walked in, took a breath and turned right around. The smell was awful, I can’t even explain what it smelled like. From the looks of the property, the smell of the room, I will never ever book another room thru red roof inn. I will never recommend this property either.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in !!! Open the fridge had such a bad smell almost threw up . Showers head was like 4.5 feet high . Bad smell in the room . I never had time to go talk to the front officie cause I was only at the hotel from 1am to 7 am since we where there to play in a pool tournament but simply the worse hotel I have every stayed in . Would love to get ahold of the corporate office cause it was so bad I should get all my money back .only one positive was the AC worked great but that was the only thing . Worse beds I ever sleep in . It was so bad that I will never ever even try another Red Roof Inn in any city again . And I will let everyone I know how bad this hotel was . Just terrible I would give this a minus 5 starts if that was a option . But I’m not sure why I write this review cause it will probably just get put in the trash so no one ever sees it . So they can continue to stay in business and take money from other people .

First off I'll say the ypung man working the front desk was very nice and very professional. That was the only bright spot in our stay. The first room we had i sat on the bed to unpack and there was a yellowish puddle of some liquid right in the middle of the bed. I called the front desk and he came up immediately and asked me two other rooms and let me pick. All the rooms had stained,dirty comforters. we had been on the road since 2am and we were good so i took the least dirty. Unfortunately i didn't check the bathroom before he left. It was filthy, dirty tiles. Hair on the shower, floor had not been washed, countertop not clean. We lived with it. We left the next day for while and when we came back we had been locked out of our room. It was our understanding from the signage that no one would be cleaning out room over the weekend, which was fine, but someone had been in our room while we were gone. We got the key situation fixed. If you're just looking for a place to crash this will do. The bed wasn't fancy but it was fairly comfortable to me. If you want clean etc best stay somewhere else.

The good. Clean , convenient to highway and shopping needs. Bed was comfortable but springs make noise. Fridge was cold. The bad, bathtub drain's very slow, so if you want to stand in water up passed you ankles while showering, than I guess you would like that. Noisy, the walls are not soundproof. I was woken by the next rooms phone alarm. The outside noise is loud too, Cable tv channels turned off at midnight, still weren't on in the morning. Bed was comfortable but springs make noise. Be careful using the outside stairs, they carpeted over something that makes the steps bumpy, I could see an older person falling down them if not paying strict attention.

Property appears to have been updated recently,however, mold in bathtub and burns in sheets and torn shower curtain made me question the cleanliness.

The property wasn't up to par the towels i had in my room were dirty. The bed sheets were dingy, super noisy with dogs crying all night and waking up to children crying and i only stood one night.

We do request that noisy guests quiet down in the evening hours to allow other guests to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, so we regret that this was not resolved for you right away. Wasnt a diamond resort but for the money was good. Only real issue we had was the lack of tv channels. Only had like 8-9 channels. 2 were shopping and 2 were religious channels. Just trying to find anything on to unwind before sleeping was bad.
