COBRAN DE MAS
El Hotel bien, pero llevando la reservación PAGADA con Hoteles,com e impresa, me hicieron pagar nuevamente en el hotel, eon el pobre inglés de quien nos atendió en el hotel solamente decía que en su sistema no aparecía pagada, para poder quedarme tuve que pagar nuevamente, además diciendome que no era reembolsable y que en todo caso debia reclamar a Hoteles.com.

It was generally fine; however, the check in process still has issues as it takes too long and that the staff at the front desk lacks English skills.. The rooms are generally good, but could use a few updates.. Need a general bar area as the lobby lounge is nice, but cold in the winter time..

good experience overall
Hotel is old and luxury. Good service, especially front desk 2 girls who took responsibility of bags and helping checking. Piano live in the bar, also very good. Cons: website shows free valet parking. But true is 20-30USD per day.
