Very nice and modern hotel at a very reasonable price located in the center of Hamra. Breakfast was great On the downside, i would say that the room was a bit small, and that there are no kitchen utilities (not even dishes and cutlery), so we couldnt use the kitchen at all.

Muy bueno todo, la gente de recepción excepcional. Mustafa un genio. Habitación buena de tamaño justo pero de calidad. La kitchenette más completa que mi casa. Tome reserva sin desayuno. Con esa kitchenette y lleno de supermercados en tu cuadra y a 2 cuadras mejor hacerlo por tu cuenta si vas sin apuro. La ubicación excepcional

Way over any expectation. I can only recommend it.
One of my best experiences in the Middle East. The only thing to improve is the wifi connection but this is a free and complementary service so there is no reason to really complain about.

Está en una zona céntrica pero lejos de todo, en la noche da un poco de miedo llegar por el barrio aunque el hotel esta súper cómodo y muy nuevo en sus instalaciones, el personal muy amable y te consiguen todo.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Good value. Couch and sofa in the room are well used and need deep cleaning. Otherwise, I had a good stay at Gem Hotel.

This was my another stay at Gems Beirut. I like Hamra location and always enjoy the hotel is located in the heart of that district. There are many restaurants bars and shops around making this hotel a good spot.I needed to amend slightly my reservation and the hotel staff was very much helpful and friendly to address my issue. Thank you very much!

It was my second stay at the Gems in Beirut. The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist with any cases. I received a specious room which was great and everything was ready for me even though I arrived a little bit earlier. The hotel has great location, the AC works very well as well as Wi-Fi which is important. I highly recommend this property while visiting Beirut.

Bathrooms need to cleaner and mould removed from shower and basin area and there were holes in the bed linen. The hotel also needs to invest in friendlier staff at the front desk -the staff there very dry and un welcoming

Great place in the centre of Hamra district. Very well kept hotel. Spacious room with sitting area and kitchenette. Comfortable bed but the pillows could be better. Clean bathroom with bidet. Kitchenette has electric kettle and microwave. Paid 5 usd for a wallet parking per night. Good buffet breakfast. Lots of eateries and groceries in the neighbourhood. Great choice to stay in the centre of Beirut

Decent hotel in the Hamra area. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the location is very central. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, dirty and dark in the night, as is to be expected from a hotel in this area.

The waiters and baggage people are quiet welcoming but rest of the staff are not specially the receptionist are not helpful at all I think they need to be trained in IT a bit more don’t know how to check reservation and bookings properly.

Disappointing stay
I was upgraded from standard to junior suite. The suite was not very clean, towels were all ripped, bed sheet was also torn at different spots. There were no sanitary amenities in the bathroom as well. Not worth the price paid for.

Hotel is schoon nieuw ingericht voorzien van electra 24/7 dit is uniek in Libanon en belangrijk! soms is het warm een airco is dan super comfort en cool. Aardig personeel. Ben zeer tevreden.
