I absolutely loved this new boutique-style hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel lobby and restaurant were very warm and cozy as was the hotel room. The location was great with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We went to Nove Sad after Belgrade and decided to come back to Belgrade and stayed again at Saint Ten Hotel. This hotel well deserves the high rating it has!

One of the most affordable luxury hotels
From the time of booking to checking out, we were always informed and taken care of very well. Replies to my questions via Hotels.com message were always quick and professional. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. I especially loved the personalized message, nuts/dried fruit tray and quality slippers. The only thing my husband commented was the see-through glass enclosure of the bathroom. I thought the glass wall makes the room look bigger, but my husband thought it lacks the privacy. It does have a curtain to make the bathroom private, but the curtain is outside of the bathroom --- so the person who is using the bathroom cannot control it from inside. To me, it didn't bother me, but I thought I would comment this unique feature in my review. Anyway, we loved everything including the arrangements of the guided city tour by Mr. Stevan and transfer, delicious dinner and breakfast at L'Adresse Restaurant, and the smooth airport transfer by the Mercedes. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend if we go back to Belgrade.

Saint Ten is what a hotel should be all about. The moment you walk in, you feel welcome and at home. Exelence in multi lingual staff, furnitures, interior design and cleanliness. Pro: High-end boutigue experience, staff will do anything to make you happy. Indoor dining. Rooms are spacious enough for a urban hotel. (Bigger rooms available) Privat secured parking in basement. Lobby is filled with comfy furnitures with full service bar, perfect for business meetings. Breakfast makes any american 5*** hotel an embarresment. Con: Gym / sauna is kinda claustrofobic, but still well equiped. Highly recommended by a spoiled traveler.

The Staff at Saint Ten were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble, from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and the restaurant staff - they all went over and above each time - helping to book tours, experiences, advice. Breakfast each morning was lovely.
