Great recommendation and stay - Gran estancia
One of my best stays in an European capital city. The couple Ivan and Desa who manage this apartment are very very nice and welcoming and how to help you feel like at home. They know how to treat the guests and do their best to help you arrive and leave the apartment (offering transfer from and to the airport, bus or train stations) with recommendations for arrival and departure. They give you tips and help you to know the surroundings, where to shop, what to visit, how to understand the city, where to exchange money, whatever you need... They check with you along the stay that you do not need anything and help. They also offer to enjoy a nice coffee, drink and nice conversation about their lives and the city, making more enjoyable the stay. Una de mis mejores estancias en una capital europea. La pareja propietaria del apartamento, Ivan y Desa se desviven en ser agradables y darte la bienvenida a la ciudad y a su apartamento, haciendo todo lo posible para que te sientas como en casa. Saben cómo tratar a sus huéspedes y te dan todo tipo de indicaciones para llegar y salir del apartamento, incluyendo servicio de transporte desde y a las estaciones de bus y tren o aeropuerto. Te dan todo tipo de consejos sobre dónde cambiar dinero, comprar, visitar, cómo moverse en la ciudad, cualquier cosa que necesites... y durante la estancia comprueban cómo estás y si necesitas algún tipo de ayuda o recomendación. También se ofrecen para tomar un café o bebida, conversar sobre la ciudad

Mejor casi imposible 10/10
Ivan y Desa son unos anfitriones extraordinarios. Nos dieron todas las explicaciones necesarias sobre el entorno, donde desayunar bien y barato, como moverse por Belgrado y que visitar en dos dias y estaban disponibles para cualquier necesidad. La habitacion del apartamento en si, un lujo. Su ubicación, extraordinaria. La cama supercomoda, un armario enorme, el baño, privado en la misma habitacion, muy practico y comodo, nevera y hervidor de agua con infusiones de cortesia. El apartamento dispone de 3 habitaciones y tiene una cocina compartida donde prepararse un café (tambien de cortesia) o el desayuno si uno quiere. La verdad, la relación calidad-precio se merece un 10. Gracias Ivan y Desa por todo. Recomendable 100%.

Amazing Experience
First of all, owner of the apartment Ivan was such a great guy who was very helpful with everything. The apartment contains 3 rooms with seperate bathrooms and a common kitchen in which you can get yourself a coffee. Our room was amazing. It was very cozy, neat and clean. We loved drinking our morning coffees at the balcony. We basically had a great accomodation experience. By the way, the apartment is located at heart of the city. It's very close to many places you might want to visit. We basically went on foot to everywhere. Some night clubs such as The Bank and pubs are located at walking distance too.

Ho soggiornato con mia figlia ed è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.La stanza con bagno pulita e gradevole a disposizione avevamo anche una cucina,il tutto a due passi dal centro!! Il servizio navetta dal e per l'aeroporto ottimo e puntale . Ivan accogliente e professionale!! È stata una breve e bellissima vacanza !!!

Clean, Comfortable, Safe in Great Location
STAY HERE! Excellent and friendly service. USE their airport shuttle, it will SAVE you money! Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Common area kitchen and balcony. They have evrything you need. Great location. An easy walk to most all tourists locations. Right next to a great bar specializing in local spirit Rakija. Also close to many tip Serbian restaurants and late night options too. Great value and would recommend to any traveler loking for a great location and easy place to sleep with no hassles.

The apartment is very central in Belgrade. Very close to all the nice restaurants and you can easily walk the whole center. Apartment is very clean and the hosts are friendly and want to give you the best experience. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

appartement bien situé dans le vieux centre, une bonne partie des visites peuvent se faire à pieds. Depuis l'aéroport on peut y accéder en bus 72 150 dinars par personne il faut compter environ 1h de trajet car beaucoup d’arrêt sinon le propriétaire vous propose d'appeler un taxi pour environ 2000 dinars. Appartement qui compte 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains par contre celle ci ne sont pas dans les chambres. Dans la chambre il y avait 1 frigo et 1 bouilloire très pratique. L'appartement possède une cuisine commune avec frigo, micro onde, plaque de cuisson, vaisselle et une ordinateur avec une imprimante pratique pour imprime ces billets d'avions. Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a tout présente et donné les clés, tout ferme à clés cela est sécurisant. Appartement très propre juste la bouilloire qui aurait besoin d'être détartré et un coup d'aspirateur dans la ventilation de la salle de bain.

Excellent place to stay in downtown Belgrad
Excellent place to stay. We spent 2 nights with my wife in April this year and very much enjoyed our time in here. It is what you exactly see here, owners Ivan & his wife are very friendly and helpful. It is very very close to the main attractions in Belgrad and everyrhing you wanna see is within walking distance. Would definitely stay here when we visit Belgrad again.

A good choice
I would like to recommend this apartment. Thanks a lot to the owners, they are friendly and help us a lot. Location is perfect and it only takes a few minutes walking to Knez Mihailova and other main attractions. This is not like a regular hotel that you may share the apartment with two other rooms, but don't worry about this because you won't be affected by each other. They have WiFi but the speed is not so fast. Overall, this apartment is a good selection and good place to stay.

THE PLACE TO STAY in Belgrade
Perfect location - 100 meter / 300 feet from the main central city square, but more important: Ivan and Desa were ones of the best Hotel’s hosts we have ever had for 20 plus years of travel: their hospitality, unit cleanliness and hosts’ city sites/food/ entertainment recommendations level was absolutely incredible and outstanding, this is THE PLACE TO STAY in Belgrade.

Konumu çok güzel, tam merkezi yerde. Ivan her konuda yardımcı oluyor, çekinmeden kendisine danışabilirsiniz. Her gün oda temizleniyor ve odalar rahat. Sokak başlarında 2 tane market var. Hemen yan taraftaki kafede rakija'nın çeşitlerini bulabilirsiniz.

Ivan ve eşine sonsuz teşekkür. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. Konum mükemmel, oda tertemiz. Deluxe oda hariç banyolar odanızın dışında ancak problem değil çünkü dairenin içinde kullanabileceğiniz banyolar var. Çift gidecekler Bunu sıkıntı gibi görebilirsiniz belki ama kesinlikle tercih etmeme sebebiniz olmasın. Bence başka bir seçenek düşünmeyin.

Ivan and Desa were absolutely helpful and adorable, we really felt welcome ! The room was big and clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s right in the middle of the city so everything’s at short walking distance. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Belgrade !
