I was scheduled to stay from 06/20/2025 and check out on 06/23/2025. The check-in went perfectly fine, the gentleman that was working was very nice. We went out for a little while and arrived back about 10:30 - 10:45, went to our room and the wi-fi would not work, attempted on multiple occassions to get connected to the wi-fi but was not able, called the front desk several times and did not get an answer, walked down to the lobby and I am not sure if people where checking in this late or what have you but we weren't able to get an answer to our issue with regards to the wi-fi. Then at approx 6:00 - 6:30 AM the fire alarm goes off and wakes everyone in the hotel up. Then we get a quick call from the front desk and all that was said was someone fell everything is ok. OK, how about an apology for waking everyone in the hotel up. I did not sleep all night as it was because the bed was so uncomfortable it was just awful. Well we spent the day out and then arrived back to the hotel at approximately 9:30 - 10:00 and again the wi-fi would not connect, we called the front desk and we were asked what the password was to get into the wi-fi, it was stated that you did not need a passwork you just needed to go under sleep-guest (I believe) and it should work. We advised that it was not working and then said that they would have to reset the router and then it should be fine. Well we waited and we still could not get connected to the internet. We chose to check out Sunday.
