This is always a pity, as we are striving to fulfill every guest's needs providing our high-quality standards. You are completely right stating out that we are offering complimentary WIFI access in our hotel. I was double-checking and there were no records of an unstable internet connection - therefore it might be that your device was not set up to the requirements needed. Hopefully, next time we will be able to help you regarding this matter as those settings depend on the individual device owner's setup usually! Regarding your comments about the minibar, we offer a 24-hour room service as well as a hotel restaurant. If you prefer purchasing other snacks outside of the hotel, there is a supermarket located 4-minutes walking distance and a kiosk next door which is open nearly 20 hours every day.
