Hotel Confortable.
Hotel básico pero moderno. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Enfrente hotel parada de bus que te lleva estación central en 10-12 minutos. Buen desayuno.Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

excelente calidad/precio
Hotel situado al lado del bernexpo. Las dos veces que he ido nos han dado tickets para el tram, que vienen muy bien ya que si uno se mueve mucho por la ciudad eso puede suponer un gasto importante. El hotel bien, lo basico, buena limpieza y personal muy atento. El unico pero es que el recepcionista no hablaba frances pero bueno...

El Hotel muy bien, pero no está céntrico.

Not good for families with kids
Booked a double room for three nights to stay with my family, (spouse + 6 year old kid). We were not allowed to stay there and were asked to book another room due to there policies. We ended up booking an extra room (total of 2 rooms) in the same hotel for the night, Had to pay ~$ 100 although we never used the second room (ended up staying in the same room as a family). Had to stay in the Novotel hotel(next to Ibis under the same management) for next two night which cost me extra ~ $ 300 for the saty than I anticipated. It is strange that I never had this issue in other hotels in Switzerland (or any other country) during my 30 days trip in Europe. Reasonably OK hotel for the money. Front desk staff not friendly or helpful at all. I would not stay there again and not recommending families with kids to stay there.

Guten Tag, Besten Dank für Deine Rückmeldung.Wir entschuldigen uns für die Parkingsituation.Da wir ein öffentliches Parkhaus sind, kann man bei uns leider kein Parkplatz reservieren.Aufgrund unseres Lage ist es auch nicht möglich die Plätze zu vergrössern.Falls es aber wirklich dazu kommt, dass wir keine Plätze mehr habenm gibt es immer die Möglichkeit gegenüber von uns zu parkieren.Besten Dank und freundliche GrüsseIhr ibis Bern Expo Team

It is not centrally located, but only 15 minutes walking distance and 7 minutes by public transportation to the city center. It is very clean, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. I would recommend it anytime.

Lage direkt bei der EXPO als einziger Vorteil
Check-in am Vormittag war nicht möglich. Obwohl Zimmer ab 14:00 h verfügbar sei, dauerte das Check-in am Nachmittag rund 30 min. Ein verfügbares Zimmer zu finden, war offenbar eine Herausforderung... Das Haus selbst ist extrem ringhörig; morgens ab ca. 07:30 h (Bau?) Lärm, welcher auch tagsüber präsent war. Dies ohne jegliche Vorwarnung oder Info. Lage direkt bei der EXPO ist der grosse Vorteil. Parking und Frühstück i.O.

Sehr geehrter Gast,Besten Dank, dass Sie sich nach Ihrem Aufenthalt die Zeit genommen haben uns eine Rückmeldung zu schreiben. Dass das Check-In lange gedauert hat tut uns sehr leid. Leider gibt es ab und zu Tage wo nicht alle Zimmer punkt 14.00 Uhr verfügbar sind, da wir am Tag davor ausgebucht waren. Wir versuchen stets all unseren Gästen pünktlich das verfügbare Zimmer zu geben.Von der Baustelle haben wir leider keine Info da diese Baustelle nicht uns sondern das Expogelände betrifft, da sie da eine neue Festhalle bauen. Wir entschuldigen uns jedoch trotzdem für den Lärm.Beste Grüsse Ihr ibis Bern Expo

Ibis = bis jetzt nie enttäuscht
Ich buche viel Ibis und weiss, was ich erwarten kann und darf, darum gibt es gute Noten für das Hotel. Vor allem die Reception war sehr freundlich besetzt. Was mir kritisch auffällt ist, dass seit längerer Zeit in den Zimmern kein Abfall mehr ist, nur noch im WC. Klar wieso, es kann effizienter vom Housekeeping gearbeitet werden, aber für den Kunden ist das doof. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.
