This hotel is perfect for staying in Bialystok. It is very clean and comfortable and 20 minute walk to the train station. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is in a good position in the old town. The spa facilities and small gym were very good. Staff were courteous and helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel but I’m sure we wouldn’t have been disappointed. The room was a good size and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great płace to stay if you want to explore Bialystok. It is located in a very central location. Close to Branicki Palace and lots, and lots of restaurants. My room was spacious and bright with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is new and clean. There is a parking for 40 zl a day. Excellent free spa with spacious two saunas, jacuzzi and a salt cave; very clean and quiet. We had great stay in this hotel.

Bel hotel agréable
Nous n'étions la que pour une nuit car de passage mais nous sommes très contente de l'hôtel. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Petite attention pour notre chaton de voyage avec nous. Repas delicieux pris en chambre. Nous aurions aimé rester un peu plus longtemps. Petit bémol pour la clim juste au dessus du lit qui peut être désagréable pour dormir car le vent frais est au niveau de la tête et du cou.. mais à part ça tout était parfait!

Loved it!
Air conditioner was literally blowing cold air to your face when you were sleeping. You are unable to adjust airflow direction. For that reason we had to turn off air conditioning all together and slept in a hot room. No chance to open windows as streets were very noisy and crowded. Other than that - FANTASTIC! Great location! Great rooms! Comfortable beds! Large bathrooms! Clean! Friendly stuff - especially this overnight security! We checked in around midnight and went straight to bed. If you check in during a day and can let air conditioning run while you are not there, it would probably solve the “hot room” situation. I have no idea why the hotel does not cool the rooms beforehand. 🤔

Iso ja toimiva huone, ikkunat rauhalliselle sisäpihalle. Hotellissa mukava spa-osasto, jossa poreamme, höyrysauna ja suomalainen sauna. Aamupala ihan kohtalainen. Hotelli todella hyvällä paikalla, paljon baareja ja ruokapaikkoja ympärillä.

Czy zgłaszał Pan przedstawione uchybienia w recepcji? Państwa zadowolenie jest dla nas najważniejsze a nasza załoga jest po to aby pomóc. Możemy pomóc jeśli jesteśmy poinformowani o problemie lub niezadowoleniu gościa. Wszystkie nasze pokoje spełniają wymogi kategoryzacji. W przyszłości polecamy pokoje Comfort, które są dużo bardziej przestronne i usytuowane od cichej strony. Serdecznie zapraszamy do ponownej wizyty w naszym obiekcie. trochę mieszane uczucia. Świetny hotel. Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo sympatyczni Pracownicy, w recepcji i w restauracji. Pokój niewielki, ale czysty, schludny. Natoiast nie do zaakceptowania jest poziom hałasu. Pokój na I piętrze, 133. Tuż pod oknem palarnia z restauracji. Takich bluzgów jakie tam odchodziły wieczorami nie słyszałem już dawno. A druga sprawa - wyciszenie pokoju. Za ścianą słychać każdą rozmowę, każde słowo wypowiadane przez sąsiadów. I to w nieszczególnie głośnej rozmowie. Natomiast, żeby zakończyć pozytywnie - śniadania drogie, ale bardzo dobre.

I was able to check in 2 hours early which was very important to me and meant I could charge my phone and then get on with enjoying my stay in Bialystok. Reception were positive and friendly. The room was large, comfortable, a good temperature, had great facilities like tea and coffee making options, robe, slippers, lots of storage space, spotless modern bathroom with plenty of towels. My favourite thing was the beautiful view I had of the church across the road, the large windows let in lots of light and there were two pillow chocolates and a free bottle of water (one carbonated, one still). My second stay here as it is top class. Will always be my go to place in Bialystok.
