Beautiful property
We had a wonderful stay! Our golf game got rained out and we all stayed in and played games and enjoyed the gorgeous view from the front porch.

Family Girl Trip

Serene little beach getaway.
My family of 7 Enjoyed a two night stay here. The cottage is quaint and well equipped. We came to relax and enjoy a view of the ocean. We got that as well as a beautiful view of the pond. It was a perfect weekend. Great restaurants nearby as well. Thank you! Would love to come and stay again.

A Place To Make Memories
My girlfriends and I needed time away from our careers, Mommy duties, etc. This place was everything we needed and more! We would wake up to a beautiful ocean, enjoy our morning coffee on the cozy porch, take walks on the beach, took a quick trip right into Portland for dinner then come back to this gorgeous house and talk or play board games, enjoy some wine! It was truly magical! I have not felt so relaxed since. We loved it so much, we are making this home & Maine our annual trip!

Back in Maine after more than 2 years!
Finally the borders are open and it was great to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday with her three children. The house was perfect and it was her first Christmas Prelude! Thanks for everything.

Just pull the trigger...
If you are reading this review you are either trying to validate your choice to stay here or you are trying to decide if this place would be a good choice. In both cases, don't overthink this. Just book the property... The ocean is across the street literally steps from the front door. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old and had room for at least 3 more people to have beds and sleep. The place is immaculate and incredible. We grilled steaks on the gas grill one night and we used the Belgian waffle maker both morning for huge breakfasts in the spacious dining room. Saco and Biddeford are 10 minutes away in one direction and Kennebunkport is 10 minutes the other way. Great shopping and food in both. PWM airport us 35 minutes away. Did I mention the ocean where we watched surfers each day... Highly recommend...

Ocean bliss
Perfect spot for a peaceful ocean front get away. Cozy, quiet, private with 24 hour ocean soundscape. Beautiful yard for relaxing, outdoor dining, fire pit for evenings. Pond view out back, ocean view out front: relaxing. The inside of the home has so much classic Maine character. Property manager was very responsive during the entire rental process. Wonderful experience.

Weekend in Maine
We had a delightful weekend. It was my sons 50th birthday. The linen situation could have been better! I was not expecting to have to dry sheets and make beds. However the property manager Lisa was fabulous and more than accommodating!! Help arrived!! Yeah!! We had a fabulous time and the house has everything you could possibly need. Definitely will try to plan a return visit

Nice beach house
We were a family of 5 visiting for a week in August. The house is right on the beach and the beach wasn’t crowded because of limited parking. Beds were comfortable. Awesome screened porch. Outdoor space in front of house and outdoor furniture could be improved because it’s such a great place to spend time. We would rent again.

Amazing property with great views!
The cottage was extremely comfortable for our group of five women. Delighted to have a bedroom for each of us and 2 bathrooms to share. The views were wonderful. Our only negative comments: • the first-floor shower did not have a setting that allowed for comfortable showering. Either the water flow was very little (a drip) or too much. Could not set it to wash yourself comfortably. It blasted out getting our hair wet •. The light in the living area would not turn on properly. It basically was a blinking light until we finally removed one light bulb. That worked temporarily, but went back to flashing the next day. • Did not like having to do a portion of the laundry and strip beds, especially since we paid such a high cleaning fee. • Had difficulty getting the TV to come on to the screen with TV channels. Had to fool with that for a good while. Directions would have been nice. Having said all that, the location was great and we enjoyed the house immensely. The property manager was extremely polite and helpful.

Amazing location and beautiful home!
This lovely Fortunes Rocks Beach home was the perfect place for a weekend with a few of my closest friends. Being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach was ideal. We loved the large yard as it allowed for us to play lawn games and the picnic table provided a great spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The inside of the house was just as beautiful as the outside view of the ocean. Lisa was a very responsive host and I can't recommend this place enough!

Lovely Maine Cottage
We recently stayed in the cottage for Mother's Day Weekend and although the day we arrived was quite wild weather wise, we had some very nice weather after. The cottage's porch is lovely and large and a great place to watch the ocean. There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us to each have our own room which was nice. I participated in the Maine Coast Half Marathon which went by the cottage twice so if you're thinking about doing this race, it's a great place to have your family hang out and watch. The marathon also goes by the cottage but it's at the 23 mile mark. Kennebunkport is close by and we went back and forth to the town for shopping and dining. Finally, Biddeford Pool is a hidden gem on the Maine coast and during the summer months would be a special place to stay.

A Truly Classic Maine Home
My friends and I from around the US gathered here for along weekend! Even with the fog rolling in and out ,and the high tides, we were delighted with the accommodations and the true Maine atmosphere. The interior was warm and welcoming, yet subtle. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings. Our favorite place was the porch with amazing views of the Ocean and the surfers. Walks on the beach were a step away and even in the fog, were enjoyed by all. A true GEM

Very comfortable house in an unbeatable location
I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. We just stayed for 4 nights with two families (4 adults and 2 toddlers) and there was more than enough room for everyone. We hugely appreciated all the comforts of the house provided by the owners - great beds, lots of clean and comfortable linens, well-stocked kitchen, great grill, all the beach supplies you need... the owners thought of everything and make it so easy to stay. Beyond that, it's impossible to understand how AMAZING the location is until you see it in person. The beach is directly across the street, and there is even a little area to swim with lifeguards. At night you can fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves, and then get up and have your coffee while you watch the surfers in the morning. There aren't a lot of locations in Maine where you can have a spot like this, and we feel SO lucky to have found it! We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous week on the beach
Great place to stay. We loved being close to the beach. Seeing and hearing the waves from the front porch was wonderful . It was great having all our family stay in the same house. Loved it. Plan to rent next year.

Picturesque Beach House on Amazing Beach!
My family and I absolutely adored our stay at Fortunes Rocks Beach in this house. The house has an amazing enclosed patio with plenty of space for kids to play while adults can enjoy the gorgeous views of the ocean. In addition to being just steps from the beach, the house has a huge grassy yard and is situated next to a beautiful scenic pond. Everything about our week in this house was relaxing and easy and we're looking forward to our next stay here!!!

Beautiful house, wonderful location
Though there was a little delay of 3 hours to obtain the house because the cleaning crew did not comeat the right time, once we got it, it was extremly clean and very comfortable. The porch is amazing and even if there is no air conditionning, there are so many Windows that it is very confortable to sleep at night especially with the sound of the ocean as a background music. This is a very quiet area of Biddeford, wonderful for families with kids. I was a bit disapointed that the porch door screen was not fixed during our stay or that it took 2 days to fill the BBQ because at this price, you expect everything to be 100% but I must say that Mrs. Fletcher was very responsive to our emails. I would rent this house again with no hesitation.
