Hello Nima. Thank you for your response and it sounds like you’re a little unhappy and emotional about the situation you and your wife were notified several days prior to your visit that the furnace was inoperable and we offered a chance for you to change or cancel your reservation, instead used it as a chance to ask for a refund/discount. upon arrival, I answered every call and text and did my best to support you. We got the furnace fixed but you were very difficult to hear on the phone with all of your yelling and screaming. I would not recommend this guest in any home as a professional host

Thanks for your message Scott. We strive to do our best to accommodate our guests. It sounds like you had some expectations for checking in earlier? Our staff did mention we needed more time during the busy holiday season, it’s very common that time of year for late check-ins, nobody has early check in’s due to the busy Back-to-Back rentals. The hot tub cleaner arrived to clean the jacuzzi and he usually can go thru the back door, not sure why you felt that was an inconvenience when we did that for you
