Convenient. Great location. Lots to do nearby. Staff were excellent and facilities were more than adequate . The surrounding rooftop areas were lacking in anything worth looking at and the restaurant was outside the hotel (but great food and drinks). Generally excellent for a quick stay if you don't want majestic views or to have everything available within the hotel itself.

Lovely hotel in a complex with lots of restaurants, bowling, casino, and less than 5 mins walk from NEC. Sky bar for breakfast was amazing with excellent food, spa with outdoor jacuzzi very relaxing and plush. Front of house staff really helpful - thank you

Great hotel for events at the Arena & NEC as it was across the road. You could access the train station via the NEC for arrivals from other areas or pop to the Bull Ring for shopping. Lots of things to do in the immediate area but yet the hotel was quiet for sleeping. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. We had a great time and would come back again and stay 2 nights next time.

Had an enjoyable overnight stay for Rick Astley concert.Breakfast was good with lots of options and I thought the rooms were lovely, comfy bed and large wallin shower was great. 2 negatives, only 1 lift was working and more Sky bar staff would have been better especially with an event on as it took 20mins and then 15mins to get served. I appreciate cocktails take time to make but 20mins to get a beer and a coke wasnt great

Worst stay ever .. broken AC, broken safe, bad food at dinner, terrible service at breakfast, had good massages at the spa and girls there were lovely .. usually so happy with this place as we stay several times a year but after a weekend with no proper sleep, no proper food, I was very disappointed to be told, thanks for the feedback but there’s no manager here to deal with your issues :(

Great hotel
Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good
The hotel was lovely and being part of resort worlds there was lots of things to do. The only slight issue was thee spa was extremely bizzy and couldn't get a space we had obviously gone there to use the facilities that you had to call and book. After raising this concern the hotel swiftly acted giving us a space around 8pm on the evening and also offered us to use the next day if we wished The supirer rooms comes with nice touch of mini bar, soft drinks, alcohol, water and chocloate/ crisp and busicuit with the tea and coffee which were all free Robes and slippers were also provided, couldn't fault great stay

Disappointing for a luxury hotel
The hotel did NOT exceed nor even meet my expectations. Cons: - having to pay £15 for slippers and robe which should be for free at a luxury hotel; - having to wait 2 hrs for spa access after being added on a waiting list; - no view - room overlooking a terrace which you don't have access to. Pros: - lovely spa; - clean and comfi room; - decent breakfast.

great hotel shame about random noise
hotel smart but free parking was only available for certain superior rooms and this was not clear (£20 for their own parking is excessive ) check in and hotel very smart and easy . i gave overall 3 stars as a strange constant noise kept me awake ( turned air con off but still continued )

For a 4 star hotel with spa charging £15 per person for a robe which most hotels give anyway, extra charges for everything including parking etc

Great hotel for staying, no good for a spa though.
Great hotel, enjoyed our stay, serviced was great. No issues with our stay. Heating worked well. Tidy rooms. Clean bathrooms. Only issue was the spa, they are limited on lounges, they allow to many people in at once, it was so busy you literally couldnt get into the steam rooms, saunas etc… nothing is monitored, people had the phones by the pool when were told your not allowed to. I wanted to use the jacuzzi but you had people in it 30-45 mins, even though on the door says to be mindful of others use only 15 mins. I shouldnt have to ask people to get out. Staff should be looking at these things, its not a relaxing spa at all! Its free for all.
