We came to Birmingham for the women’s college basketball sweet sixteen games. We were within just a few miles of the BJCC and the downtown area. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of ‘extras’ throughout the house. Plenty of toiletries and towels. The owners left water and snacks as well. The beds were so comfortable and had heated mattress covers. If we come back to Birmingham we would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place that is more than well equipped. Neighborhood is so nice and unique. Easy walking distance to local coffee shop and parks. Comfy beds. Nicest place we’ve stayed in a long time.

What an amazing house! Decorated super cute, above and beyond for hospitality!! Be sure you know there are LOTS of stairs to get in and out of the property! That being said I would absolutely stay here again!!

We couldn’t have asked for any better for our long weekend in Birmingham! Jeanette and Chris thought of everything with no detail left undone. Water bottles, a variety of coffee, snacks, toiletries and even cinnamon rolls! The condo was immaculately decorated and extremely comfortable. We loved relaxing in the sunny room on the front and our teen loved having her own room. Everything was extremely clean and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our hosts made check in and out super easy. We will stay here again and send our friends and family here when they visit. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!

This place is perfect! My daughter and I traveled to Birmingham to see a play at the BJCC! Loved this condo! In a fantastic location, safe neighborhood, comfy beds! Hosts left the most delicious cinnamon rolls for us! (Thank you!!) ~ Sun room was my all time favorite space in the condo! Will definitely be staying here again!

We had the most perfect stay in this little condo in Forest Park! The booking process was seamless and the communication with the hosts was great. The host reached out leading up to our stay informing us of all the necessary information (check-in time, entry instructions, etc.) and very kindly accommodated an early check-in. She even mentioned that there were some fresh cinnamon rolls in the freezer from a local bakery for us. We felt so welcome before we even arrived! Accessing the condo was very easy and the condo itself was impeccable. The design/decor was just beautiful and everything had clearly been so thoughtfully put together. There were so many little local touches that made it especially quaint. The space was incredibly clean and elegant and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect and within walking distance to a cute coffee shop and wine bar. Definitely need a car to get around the rest of the city, which we had. The host also left us a handwritten note and some goodies for us to enjoy while we were there. We couldn't have found a better spot for our stay in Birmingham! We will be staying here again when we are in town!

This was an awesome property in a very charming neighborhood. Everything was clean and very orderly. Parking in the street was no problem, but be ready for some stairs. Definitely got my steps in! We will definitely stay here again if ever in Bham again.

Location is amazing! Forest Park is an amazing neighborhood in downtown Birmingham. Close to fabulous shopping and restaurants. You’ll find the nicest Piggly Wiggly ever just a mile away in Mountain Brook! You can go for beautiful evening walk in the neighborhood, and see all the historical homes. The home has 2 bedrooms, and the twin beds were perfect for our kids. The master and 2nd bedroom are setup like a ‘Jack and Jill’ with the bath in between. The hosts are amazing - they provided fresh baked rolls from a local bakery and all kinds of Keurig coffee imaginable! Even an Nespresso for all you espresso lovers. I personally drink decaf and they had it! I was so happy :) they also offered light snacks and bottled water, which was amazing since we arrived hungry from the airport. It’s a beautiful condo, I especially loved the sunroom patio AND the ‘dressing room space/vanity’ area. We will definitely stay again!

This was a fantastic rental with all the fine touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were very comfortable, and lots of extras (games, record player, large TV, books, etc.) that helped entertain our family during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Birmingham!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this Forest Park home while visiting Barber Motorsports Museum. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We felt safe walking after dark or just taking a stroll. The home had every amenity needed when you’re traveling. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with snacks and coffee supplies. Great location for visiting the sites of B’ham. Owner was wonderful in responding to questions and offering suggestions. As clearly stated in the description, there are stairs to enter the unit but this was not a problem for us. Absolutely the best vacation rental we have used and we have used many over the years. Highly recommend!! We hope to return again.

The owners did not miss one single detail in this rental, from necessary items to comfort items to decor. They thought of everything that anyone could ever need which was very much appreciated by 4 ladies! It was also very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice and the location is very central to everything and walking distance to a couple of great restaurants/bars. We thoroughly enjoyed having coffee on the sun porch and the record player with the large stack of albums to play. It was also much more spacious than we imagined and parking on the street in front was easy just know there are a lot of stairs to carry luggage up. We plan to rent this one again! Many thanks to the owners!

We had three of us in the two bedroom condo and it was excellent all around. Extremely clean, tastefully done, nice stylistic touches and a very well-stocked kitchen. Also a great neighborhood with several good restaurants within a few miles. We definitely plan to come back.

Amazing experience and well appointed home. Lots of small details included, coffee pods, q-tips, sewing kit, first aid and plenty of snacks including amazing cinnamon rolls just to name a few. Plenty of linens, towels and storage space. Easy on street parking in a beautiful community. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

STAY HERE! AMAZING! My sweet wife and I needed a getaway! We wanted a cool and unique place to stay and where my wife didn’t have to cook or worry about food (as she is the main caregiver for our 5 boys.) Let me start by saying, You could have cooked at the apartment as they’re appliances are amazing and the grocery store is less than a mile from the apartment. However, we relaxed in comfortable furniture, luxurious bedding & ate at many amazing restaurants (all within a mile from the apartment!). The owner was beyond gracious, her tips on where to eat were spot on and her style made us feel like, as my my wife described, “by being hugged by someone welcoming you home”! We can’t wait to stay here again! All the big details down to the ease of checkout made this one of THE best VRBO we’ve done!
