For an airport-adjacent hotel, this property is nice-ish, but leaves a lot to be desired in a hotel overall. All plugs should be working in a room, furniture should be sturdy and stable, WiFi should *always* work, and vending machines should accept credit cards (products in them should clearly display their prices). All that being said, this hotel had an almost unbelievably low rate via Expedia, so I’ve adjusted my expectations accordingly.

This was a very rundown old dingy dirty hotel! Sheets weren't really white as they look to be old and dingy! Hotel does not look like the photos outside need serious power washing! Parking lot had a lot of looks to be abandoned cars with boots on them! I will never stay here again

No cleaning the room but once in six days. Breakfast was horrible and the lady spoke no English. Faucet in the bathroom and tub would not shut off. Went to cancel a room and was told only the manager can do it. But the restaurant in the evening was great.

To start with. This may be advertised as a Ramada by Wyndham, but those days are long gone. Looks like this property was purchased by an independent operator who has very little idea of how to run an american hotel. 1. The elevators are very dangerous. The safety certificates have not been renewed since May of 2023. I was stuck temporarily on the 1st floor with closed doors. Then the elevator took me back to the 3rd floor, but the sign inside was showing that I was on the 2nd floor. After a few frightening moments, It finally dropped me off again on 1. Checkin, checkin was a disaster. The front desk staff looked like temp hires. No uniforms, one was wearing a t shirt, and only had feeble excuses about housekeeping as to why I could not get into my room, for which I had a confirmation through expedia. They did not even know how to look up a reservation. Rooms were supposed to be ready at 3, it was 5:30 before we went to ours. They also insisted on a 50 dollar deposit, which I have never been asked before. Not even in a motel. The pool was closed because obviously, no maintenance. There was one towel in the room, we were 4 people. Take a shower, no hot water. Breakfast. A person who spoke no english, greeted us by asking for a ticket. When I reserved, the hotel said free breakfast. The breakfast room had a jug of milk and some toast. The "ticket" was some kind of paper, from a bingo night. from which they gave us one egg and a sausage link.

This place is completed not worth the money. The A/C barely works, one lamp didn’t work. The sink would drip the entire time. The shower curtain didn’t even fit the length of the tub and made a mess. Bring your own pillows, these were not comfy at all. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk, and no microwaves in the room. They are out in the hallway, so depending where your room is, It could be on the other side of the building. The hallways smelled like marijuana daily, there were even ashes in the elevator. Each morning, expect to be woken up by several African Americans in the parking lot blasting their music and the workers there not doing anything about it. But here is the worse part: you have to actually tell them when you want your room cleaned and towels replaced. They won’t do it daily for as much as you pay. One day we left the sign on the door to service our room and all they did was get the towels out…they didn’t even replace them, nor do beds, nor take out trash. We had to of course go get some towels from downstairs. Day before that, we had to go back to the lobby to get cards re-keyed as they didn’t set them for our duration. That same day, we informed them that our room didn’t even have a door to the restroom and they said, “I don’t know how maintenance missed that”. Stay away from here. It is super ghetto and shady here. If you stay here, you’ll know what I mean. And just like others spoke about breakfast, lame and very limited.

Young Lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was different, where you needed a ticket to eat. The room was clean. For the price it was worth the stay.

It fit the budget but the towels were dirty, the tv didn’t work and there was a lot of noise. The shower head was installed sideways and sprayed the wall instead of your body. There was not a phone in the room to call room service and the maid couldn’t give us new towels. We had to go to the front desk to get them. All of the towels in our room had stains or were just dirty.

Check in with staff very un helpful. Barely spoke and went back to work as we stood there waiting for them to let us know our check-in was complete. Never told us where room was, or elevators. Never told us where to park, never told us where restaurant and bar was or where breakfast would be. Very poor communication between BOTH people working behind the desk. Will not be back!

Dirty Nails hanging out of wall Floor uneven (vertigo) Elevators rattle Included breakfast (no say on what is served, not a buffet) Shower curtain doesn't cover the full length of the bathtub Shower head hits mid chest (I'm 5'1) Square throw pillow style bed pillows 2 body towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash rags for 2 adults (girls typically need a 2nd towel for hair) Coffee pot in room, however coffee inserts provided doesn't match coffee pot type Toilet is super low to the ground so have strong quads Refrigerator in room did not keep food cold, Tv is small and isn't in optimal location Sitting area includes 1 regular chair and 1 rolling desk chair, the pictures online show a love seat in the king bedroom Parking lot in back of building; only entrance at the front of the building No house keeping during multiple day stays, no new towels, no replacement of tea, sugar, coffee if you're blessed with the coffee pot and inserts matching, toilet paper or soap, Pictures used online are not up to date, Hotel seems to be heavily utilized as efficiency apartments, Microwaves are shared and located in the hall, Large gaps between the room door and the floor

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Bed are comfortable and even the pillows are fluffy. Thank you for a warm welcoming for our weekend stay.

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and the shuttle was on time. On site restaurant had a great steak and other options. Had a great nights sleep and caught an early flight in the morning. Room was clean and very quiet.

After checking in I was sitting down looking at my computer screen when someone unknown to me entered my room. I said “excuse me?!” and I followed him into the hallway and he explained the reception staff told him to go to my room and he used a card key to enter. The staff of this hotel gave my room key to someone else (which also disabled my own room key). The front desk also received a complaint from myself and I told them about the fire exit door on the corner was propped open (allowing anyone to enter the property).
