Always a great stay
I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. Close to train station and shopping centres and there’s a Tesco express near by for essentials.

one of the worst customer service experience, high cost of parking is killing our urge to stay there again..

Ideal location for business or pleasure
We received a very warm from the team at the post box, really helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was ideally located with a 5-10 min walk max before you were at the bull ring. Great stay and would stay again

Lovely place to stay, was very quiet and location was ideal. Secured car park was a bonus. Would definitely ask for more tea bags and milk as we have a 2-night stay. Staff were super friendly on Reception and very helpful! The apartment itself was modern, clean and spacious enough. I had a great weekend there! Would only say more teabags haha and perhaps more modern tv settings so can have Netflix etc!

Apartment great, very comfortable and clean. Prior information about car parking would have been helpful but they were very flexible with check in and check out which was really good. All the kitchen knives were extremely blunt and not very good at all so this could do with updating as nice to be able to cook in.

The staff here were extremely warm and welcoming. The accommodation is comfortable and clean with all basic needs catered for. Very convenient for Birmingham centre and only a short walk from New Street station. I would certainly use again.

Home away from home
Amazing stay, felt like I was home away from home. Claire made check in easy and she was so lovely and also the guy who showed me to the apartment. So central as well. Few minutes walk into the city. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were amazing, and stayed over an hour late to let me in and show me around the apartment. Lovely clean, spacious apartment, very quiet, in a very central location.

Terrible place to stay.
The whole experience was disappointing The apartment looked nothing like the pictures in the website. Instead of the beautiful oak furniture in the website they had cheap and nasty MFC cupboards and glass and chrome dining table. The kitchen looked like it had seen better days. Carpets were well worn. Bathroom was very basic. Wall pictures were pathetic and nothing like those shown on the website. It was dark and dingy. My wife woke up with rashes from bed bugs. I would strongly discourage anyone to stay there.

Great well equipped apartment in the city centre, nice toiletries and plenty tea coffee Very clean and comfortable, stayed Saturday night and was surprisingly quiet. Would recommend and will return. Staff very friendly and helpful

The property was in an ideal location with a tesco close by, parking facilities, bull ring 14 mins walk away with lots of other restaurants etc close by

the apartment was fine .There was only one set of towels for a three day stay (ie useing the same towel eah day ) .Also on the steps outside there were a number of Homeless people hanging around

仕事と休暇半々のバーミンガム滞在を都心のアパートメントホテルで過ごしました。アパートメントホテルにありがちな、チェックインの細かい制限もなく、15時前でしたがすぐに部屋に入ることができ、日曜のチェックアウトも時間延長を無料でしていただいたうえ、スムーズにできました。 場所もガスベイシンにすぐ近く、夕食の場所なども豊富で、アートギャラリーや図書館にも近く快適な滞在でした。 部屋も十分な広さがあり、かつ清潔に保たれていました。

Apartment that's like home from home
Great location, used the apartment for a night at O2 and the following day shopping. Facilities were excellent and would stay here again.

Ideal für Selbstversorger, sehr gut gelegen, ca 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof, Pubs in der Nähe. Leider wusste der Portier nichts von meiner Reservierung. Hat sich dann aber geklärt, als der Chef kam.

Amazing place right in the heart of Birmingham
Amazing check in with Claire who was extremely helpful. Huge apartment with everything you needed from toiletries, towels, washing up liquid, to tea, coffee, milk and biscuits left out for us.

Family friendly, a+ equipped apparments
Our stay was brief but well worth the it. We always struggle to find some where that is child friendly. We have 3 children and this fitted the bill perfectly. We had two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen let us enjoy our evening meal and breakfast in relative comfort. We woke up all relaxed and ready for our adventures at Thomas land

Not ideal for a peaceful nights sleep
I got the worst room in the entire hotel. Funny enough I was told to keep the noise down BEFORE I even got the room, yet when I was trying to sleep on a Saturday night I was always awakened by the non stop traffic from the elevator, people coming in and out of the door, the hallway traffic and with the non-soundproofed windows I heard every conversation outside. Just awful.

Good city centre location.
Good sized 2 bedroom apartment. Clean,tidy and modern. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for our family of 5 with rail links, shopping and plenty of places to eat and drink just around the corner.

This is a very roomy Apt. Hotel
Last minutes decision to stay in Birmingham, we gave this Apt Hotel a shot. It was little tricky to get to the reception at first ( you have to go through the parkade) but the stuff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms consist of huge living kitchen combined area with French door, bathroom was little strangely remodelled but big enough. and bed room with window and good size closet. Like I mentioned this is a Apt.Hotel so there is no cleaning or changing linens for one week. There is washing machine,nice fridge, cooking necessities and so on. Only thing I didn't like was the sectional sofa. It was stained and didm't look clean. And for me being only 5 feet tall, bathroom mirror was too high I couldn't use it. Location was excellent. Walking distance to the station,City centre and so on.

We were upgraded to a posh apartment in the Postbox. It was stunning..... but the apartment was too hot yet only had luke warm water. It seemed to have all of the frills such as remote controlled mood lighting but none of the basics such as a socket near a mirror in order to use a hairdryer and hair straighteners. We had a poor sleep the first night as we had to open a window to cool the apartment and, in return, suffered the noise from the nightlife below followed by drunken arguments at 4am. We contacted reception the following morning and were given an extension cable (which sorted the hairdryer/mirror problem) and were promised that the heating/hot water problem would be resolved while we were out during the day. We returned that evening to find that we still had a problem with a hot apartment with no hot water. We contacted Mohammed on our return and at 10pm we packed up and moved to another apartment which was much quieter which served our needs perfectly and, more importantly, had hot water for baths and showers. It turned out that the super duper apartment had a faulty boiler which had a blockage so the boiler was hot while the water was cold.
