You texted me at 7.20 am demanding new hand and bath towels, milk, sugar and tea for your group who had only arrived at the hotel the evening before. I politely explained that we replace towels every second day and that I would bring you up the beverages you wanted as soon as I had finished making the breakfast, which I did. But instead you decided to take the fresh towels left for another guest who had been in the hotel 2 nights. Obviously I had to ensure the guest received a new set of towels. They were as surprised as we were but fortunately they had a sense of humour about it!

Sorry Andrew, we only have limited tables as we like to give everyone a bit of room in the dining room. If you had enquired about breakfast before arrival we may have been able to accommodate you but as it was we were unfortunately booked up for breakfast
