Blackpool’s Gem 💎 of a hotel. Amazing
This hotel is a Gem 💎. The hosts Diane and Frank are superb. The hotel itself was immaculate, clean and tidy. We stayed in room 9 and had view of the Blackpool tower, amazing. Nice touches in room of home made cakes.fridge with milk and plenty of tea,coffee,hot chocolate. Breakfast was amazing and beautifully presented. Diane and frank your B&B was fantastic and made our Blackpool stay a rememberable one so Thank-you both very much. Will definitely be coming back to stay with you again ❤️

Very clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Very friendly. Only two parking spaces so you may be lucky (first come first serve). Room was very warm but a fan was supplied when asked for. Nice touch with the little fridge with fresh milk. Close to town centre.

Best place by far
We have just returned from a really wonderful stay at the Almeria. I can honestly say we can’t fault the place and will certainly book here again when we return to Blackpool. Diane and Frank were warm, friendly hosts and they even hosted a jubilee tea during the platinum jubilee celebrations for all the residents to enjoy. The recently decorated family room had a lovely seaside theme and there was even complimentary millionaires shortbread and bags of sweets for the kids upon our arrival. The room was extremely clean and comfortable but the real highlight for us was the delicious locally sourced breakfasts which are the best in Blackpool I’m sure! All in all it made our visit unforgettable and an easy 10/10

We will be back
Diane and Frank are amazing hosts with high standards. We just missed out on a parking space (room for 2 cars outside) but a neighbouring property allowed us to park infront of theirs for £10 for 2 nights. When we arrived in our triple room we were greeted with a welcome pack including sweets for our little boy and some millionaire shortbread for the adults. Our stay was clean, comfortable and at a very convenient location which is a short walk from the tower. Breakfast was cooked to perfection with a great selection. We felt welcome and looked after our entire stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Blackpool.

Great stay
Stayed two nights, luckily there was a free parking space on the drive. Made to feel very welcome. Diane showed us to our room and explained everything. Excellent room and facilities with lots of little extras. Good choice at breakfast, well cooked and tasty, nothing was to much trouble. A very well cared for property in a central location with wonderful hosts, would not hesitate to return

Excellent from the moment we arrived. Diane and frank are very very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The rooms have very high standards of decoration, with comfy beds and good quality furniture. The food is delicious and could not be faulted. Fantastic and would thoroughly. 🌞😊

Bit cramped.Cant eat in rooms which is hard with kids. Can eat lovely home made lemon dizzle cakes but not your own cakes or crisps which i find odd. Staff very polite and friendly. Lovely touches with yummy lemon drizzle cake in room and wven sent a Christmas card which was unexpected and a verry kind gesture. Value not bad.

Great host clean and comfortable.
Frank & Diane were very welcoming they greeted us with a scones and a pot of tea. Breakfast was great full English with everything on it. Room was on the small sidr but comfortable and clean would recommend.

Fabulous time - Diane and Frank went out of their way to make it a great weekend. Lovely room and very central to everything. Great weekend and would highly recommend a stay here.

Great value, clean rooms.
Great location to stay, walking distance to all the attractions. The place was new and bathroom was wide and spacious compared to other establishments in the area. Frank and Diana are lovely hosts and very accommodating with our requests. Will definitely stay again when I next visit Blackpool!

Great Stay
I would recommend The Almeria Hotel to anyone.Myself and my partner were only there for two nights but the owners Diane and Frank made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.The en suite room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was too.The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from the Tower and the promenade.I would stay again at this hotel the next time I plan on visiting Blackpool.

What a wonderful stay
From the first moment we stepped in to the hotel, the proprietors were so helpful. Recently tastefully decorated due to this being a new venture for the proprietors and was also kept very clean. Breakfast was wonderfully cooked and nothing was to much to ask. The proprietors have only been at it since Sept 2016 but they acted like they had been doing it for a lifetime, thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely book again

nice guest house, enthusiastic new owners
we had a comfortable stay at the Algeria, Diane and Frank only took over in Sept 2016 and they are making improvements, new beds and furniture, new carpets and decor etc. breakfast was not included in price but you can order the day before and pay a few quid for a top quality breakfast, better than the local cafes. we will definately stay here again.

Einfaches Hotel in Strandnähe
Hotel liegt in Strandnähe und nahe dem Blackpool Tower. Für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Braucht eine Renovierung. Badartikel wie Handseife oder Shampoo/Duschgel nicht vorhanden. Manager ist sehr freundlich.

Not brilliant
Bed very uncomfortable room not overly clean the mirror had dirty fingerprints and sticky smudges over it, it hadn't been cleaned from previous guests. When we were shown to the room the owner gave us a scented candle to put in as he said the previous occupants little girl had been sick on the carpet, couldn't smell it straight away but after a while it was noticeable. All ok till Sunday morning woke up feeling sick so both me and my partner were throwing up so we thought it best to go home which took a while as we had to keep stopping on the way. I'm not saying it was from there but we had different meals whilst there so maybe the sickness bug was in that room and so should maybe have been disinfected and sanitised more thoroughly.

Great value.
My partner, daughter and 5 year old granddaughter stayed in the Almeria for 2 nights and we were delighted. Steve is a lovely guy, he was around if needed but not intrusive. The rooms were basic but everything we needed as when in Blackpool you do not spend much time in the room. We chose not to have breakfast due to my granddaughter but it looked lovely and value for money. We will def be back many times.

Perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay.
Our stay at The Almeria provided everything we needed for a few days in Blackpool. The hotel is central, very convenient for seafront, sights and shops. Parking was arranged for us at premises but there is parking nearby and it is not an issue in our opinion. We considered this hotel good value for money. Our room was quiet and comfortable and on leaving we were able to thank our host for a very enjoyable few days in a unique town.

Pleasant Stay
A very pleasant stay in comfortable surroundings. Room was in good condition and was clean, tidy & warm. The proprietor (Steve) was very friendly. The guest house is well located in a fairly quiet area with easy access to buses, trams and the town centre.

Comfortable guesthouse close to all amenities.
Arrived by car at 3 PM, and was able to park in front of the hotel. Road parking restrictions, except for residents, cover a wide area. To walk to Blackpool Tower takes a few minutes, passing many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Evenings and nights were quiet, except the bedroom wall was quite thin, allowing me to be woken by the 2 stroke engine sound of someone snoring in the next room. The proprietor, Steve, is a happy, welcoming man, and provides the access code for the free Wi-Fi on arrival.

Great Hotel in a great location
A fantastic hotel in a great central location. The room was clean, furniture was a bit retro but facilitated all our needs. Steve was welcoming and even offered to help us with our bags on arrival. This hotel is an absolute bargin for the price. Will be back again.

Bank holiday weekend
Owned and run by Steve can't fault his service nice and pleasant host. The room was big enough for us comfy bed and three good nights sleep. Nice stay would go back and book direct with him.

This place is ok steve who owns it is a nice friendly guy. The price you see does not include breakfast but plenty of places about and if you pay £5 each steve will cook it for you and I believe it's very good. When looking for accommodation be carefull I saw 2star hotels and bypassed them looking for 3star. 3star b&b is about as good as a1-2 star hotel

Fantastic service
Went to Blackpool with my son to see the attractions and the illuminationsThe Almeria is just round the corner from the tower. Sea life centre and madam tusauds are near. The Almeria is run by a lovely guy called Steve He was the perfect host and cooks a great full English breakfast, you get plenty and no grease in sight. I was very impressed. Always service with a smile from Steve who was always happy to help.. Steve is a very friendly, helpful and thoughtful man.the heating was on in the morning and till early morning. He asked if we were warm enough in the bedroom at night I said yes fine we just put the extra blankets on top of the quilt on the beds. I am always cold at night anyway, I have under active thyroid so feel the cold. Steve and his lovely Grandson helped me put water in my car for the journey back to South Shields. Parking is limited but Steve sorted a space for me right next door to the hotel. My thirteen year old son said "Well we know where to come if we come back to Blackpool" and he is usually fussy haha. I would go back again it's good to have an owner who genuinely cares about your individual stay and comfort.
