Close to Sea front, North pier and the Tower.
Vera, Rose and Bob were all very friendly and made sure we were happy with our room and assisted with finding us somewhere to park which was a short distance and if you park in the pay and display car park the weekly rate is a very good price. We will definitely go back to see Vera, Rose and Bob again and will recommend others to do so.

Amazing owners great breakfast, very clean
Amazing hosts bob Vera and rosemary couldn't do enough for us. Always making sure we were satisfied,good breakfast very clean overall, made our trip to Blackpool even better. Definitely will return Thank you

Fantastic Guest House
Couldn't fault a single thing about the stay. Stayed there for the first time recently and will definitely be going back next year. Made to feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for a great weekend.

Very nice hosts
Bob Vera and rose were warm friendly and very charming hosts, nothing seem to be to much for them, food was excellent coffee and tea in abundance. We will be going to stay with them again next year.

A Great Treat
The hosts were very welcoming and informative about places to visit e.g eating & shopping & tram + bus times info. Very accommodating when it came breakfast requirements. This was a last minute booking when Travelstyle cancelled our Blackpool trip without any explanation but we certainly got a better deal by stopping at The Lydene Guest House. So good that we booked another stay there before we left!

Excellent stay in Blackpool
We had an excellent stay at the Lyndene. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was very nice and very filling. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would return in the future and recommend the Lyndene.

Room was very nice. Perfect for my sister, partner and myself to sleep in (as that's all we wanted the room for). The staff were extremely friendly! One of the friendliest places I've stayed.

Don't go to this guest house if you are a fuzzy person
Vera and Bob plus Vera's sister have a very warm welcoming heart. We felt at home although ir would have been better ir kitchen access was allowed to warm meals especially for those families with children. Room spacious enough but shower cubicle too small and hairs were in the shower. Toilet wasn't flashing well which I reported to them but they never made any effort to check it. Water kettle not so clean, some slime like dirt in, which I reported, the lady had a look at it and said she could see nothing, that it was only lime scale, took the kettle away with hope she will de-scale it but I came back in the afternoon only to find nothing had been done. It felt disgusting! We stayed for four nights, our bed linens were never changed neither were the towels. I felt quite disgusted. However the warm friendly welcome kept me going.

The owners make this hotel. They can't do enough for you. You are made really welcome and are very well looked after.
