A Piece of Paradise
Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. I would rate this property a 6 star rating even though I could only go up to a 5 star. Thank you Linda for a memorable stay.

Sun, Fun Relax
The location of the house is gorgeous. The front deck and back decks have excellent views of Bass Strait and Boat Harbour. The house is clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The appliances are really good. We are regulars and are looking forward to next year’s stay already.

In a word PERFECT
Fantastic accommodation. Brilliant location, modern, clean, well appointed home. Comfortable beds, lovely linen, great shower, warm and cosy and everything you could possible need in the kitchen to create and serve a super dinner if you were in the mood to cook. A Spectacular View of Boat Harbour Bay
This a beautiful and well appointed holiday home with a spectacular view of boat harbour bay. Everything you could possibly want for a few days or a week away. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins from a coffee shop/cafe. Has an addition there is a fully self contained apartment downstairs if you have 6 people. Our teenage kids loved the self contained space. Couldn’t recommend this home highly enough. In addition Linda was great to deal with. Thank you.

The best spot in beautiful Boat Harbour
What a gorgeous spot with the most stunning views out across the beach and sea. Very comfortable sofas and beds and had everything our little family needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic, we had an issue arise and they dealt with it very professionally and swiftly. Highly recommended.

We stay at Summer House at least once a year. Beautiful view, house has all you need, fenced yard and a short walk to the beach for our puppies. Best beach in Aus, worth the drive to relax and unwind at Boat Harbour.

Stunning location and property!
The property is very comfortable, clean and well thought out. The living area, deck and kitchen are all great spots for whale and dolphin watching! Also only a one min walk to the beach. Very helpful owners too! Very happy with our stay, thank you 😊.

Peace and Privacy
Peaceful naturally therapeutic place. The wiles of the sea and weather, diverse birdlife and private outdoor spaces. One friendly jenny wren ventured inside from the deck to say hello. Comfortable luxury all round and the best dual head shower. Seekers Bar and Cafe a short walk along the beach, but a little challenging at high tide, has excellent food....... Safe and secure pet friendly and wildlife friendly front deck and covered back deck great to shelter from inclement weather whilst enjoying the magnificent views. I highly recommend this property as one of the best I have ever had the pleasure to stay.

Such a lovely house with views to die for.the garden was very safe for our two little dogs but would keep any dog safe.lovely beach and coffee spot in short stroll and enjoyed lovely seafood lunch at cafe.we enjoyed spending time at Sisters beach as well and will be returning again soon.

Beautiful Boat Harbour
The Summer House is a beautiful property with exceptional amenities. The view is sublime and just a minute’s walk to the beach. 5 minutes away is a sweet little cafe at the Surf Lifesaving Club, which serves really nice breakfasts and lunches and dinner on Friday nights. Boat Harbour is a quiet little oasis with friendly residents and aquamarine water. The house has everything you need and super comfortable beds. Just gorgeous.

Dog friendly beautiful accommodation
Summer House was brilliant. A stones throw from the dog friendly beach, an amazing view, luxurious feel inside with comfortable furnishings and kitchen, and fenced backyard with a view. It was so great to find such a nice accommodation which allowed dogs. Boat harbour was a lovely place to get away for a few days with our two cocker spaniels to explore the Nw coast. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great family get-away
We had a fantastic time staying at The Summer House. The location is great, with a very short walk down to the beach. The property was very clean and modern, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely recommend a stay at this place, we will hopefully be back again soon!

Terrific Boat Harbour
Great property. Well maintained. As advertised. Bed extremely comfortable. Effectively right on the water with easy walk to the beach and ocean outlook . No hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a nice getaway at the water. Some driving required for meals from very short to Wynyard distances. Not an issue

The house looked just like the photos. The house was close to the beach and the view was amazing. The duck was a lovely touch and it was great we were able to take the dogs. Honestly this was one property I am keen to visit again.
