En verdad fuimos a revisar de inmediato, el olor a gas fue debido al acabarse del tanque, el aire acondicionado estaba puesto en HEAT y por esto no estaba echando frio.

Gracias por su detalle, en la puerta de la recepción, además del número de teléfono están escritas otras informaciones como por ejemplo que la recepción abre a las 9 pero es posible hacer el check-out en cualquier horario, simplemente dejando las llaves en el buzón rojo que está hecho por este propósito por esto tiene el dibujo de las llaves....

Well you called me 20 times in 3 days could ask for the strainer and a new spatula as those items were there when I check the apartment in the morning before your arrival... In a tropical place I bet was warm... If you put ac to 17 air comes at the same temperature and it just never stop the pump causing overheating and worst working but I imagine you couldn't find any other to justify your vote... Spending 20 per night more is always an option but apparently no one would spend it and keep coming in the cheapest place for then complaining...

Chère Maryse, oui le commentaire anonyme que tu aurais pu éviter puisque seuls les Français étaient toi ... tu as choisi le studio de 14 m², les photos sont bien explicatives et les dimensions sont données dans la description de l'unité. En outre, les personnes âgées devraient éviter de choisir des lits superposés. La "microsuite" porte ce nom pour une bonne raison, elle convient aux routards et aux jeunes qui n'ont pas la possibilité de dépenser beaucoup. Nous attendons des adultes qu'ils louent les appartements les plus confortables car le prix est plus élevé que seulement 3 dollars. Nous vous conseillons de faire appel à une agence lors de votre prochain voyage afin de ne pas être en défaut. PS: vous pouvez poser vos sacs dans l’espace au-dessus de la salle de bain pour avoir plus d’espace pour bouger. Saludos!

Let's start saying that we sent you 4 message during 1 month before have to call you 5 days before your arrival as you never answer the message about your reservation with an INVALID credit card, when you answered the call you say you will update the details and then we had to call you again 3 days telling that the reservation will be canceled due to no guarantee so you sent us a photo of the card. The arrival day also if the check-in is advertised everywhere at 3 PM you call us at 6 AM pretending to go in as you was tired. Hot water is provided by 500 liter tanks sun heated + a 32kw boiler, if you can't read the insutructions ( as you had to ask for the wifi password, how to use TV, and other information provided in the notice poster behind the door) we cannot stay in the apartment with you explaining everything... butler is not provided in our hotel. I don't even talk about the view, and you didn't cancel as we don't permit free cancellations not because you were tired... Saludos

"it was not a MINI SUITE but a very small room" that's why it's called MINI... unless u think MINI means BIG...all is exactly as show the photos: wink and stove at the bottm of the bed, small bathroom, table and chairs. The garbage can was at 5 meters from your mini suite and as we cannot know when a bag inside the apartment is full all or guests empity it by themself also who is far then 5 meters. The cleaning schedule as written in the expedia & partners description is one per stay normally in the middle of it, but if a guest ask it we are pleased to clean, but u didn't neither ask for it, just complaining here for the first time. Our wall are in concrete with phono-absorbing layer inside, more then this we try to keep a voice level as low as possible in order to don't disturb guests, i wonder if you was in a completely wooden apartment (like most of Bocas del Toro constructions) what will you say about! Leaving the apartment with the smile and saying thank you... ipocrite persons are not welcome... more then this after a full day at the beach in the rainy season you think the flea was in the apartment with net at the windows, a/c turned on and where you stayed neither 7 hours...nice point of view...thank's anyway and hope to never see you again.

Yhe fact is that the electricity is NOT working with generator: it is not possible to make 12 apartments work with generator (15 fridges, 15 air conditionings, 2 pumps with the generator), not even the supermarkets can do it in Bocas. That's thr charme of the world at the end of the worls in the Caraibs ...
