I rented in Expedia 2 rooms at this motel 6. But 1 of them was infested with bed bugs. I call the front desk and nobody answered, so we have to walk and talk with the lady who just said sorry and told me she can’t do anything about it because the hotel rooms were sold out, but finally she made a phone call and asked the manager (she told us), about what she can do, so the instructions was if I want my money back I have to come back early in the morning because I have to talk with the manager. And this man (Erik) asked for proof so we showed him photo’s and videos to him about the bed bugs. But after that he said, we need to wait until one technician to check if everything that we said was true. So I talked to him and told him that it was impossible for me to wait because I have to travel back home. And at that time I didn’t know if I was going to get my money back or not.
So right now I wouldn’t say the bed bugs were the bad part of my stay. It was the service because the entire time it was unprofessional and they showed no signs of empathy and never helped me even though it was during the middle of the night so I couldn’t find a place to stay for the middle of the night.
