Muy buen lugar el único problema que tuve fue con xpdia pues al estar reservando ya casi para obtener mi nunneries de itinerario y confirmación me llegó el cobro a mi cuenta de banco pero Xperia dijo que ya se habían agotado esa habitación tuve que reservar de nuevo y me cobraron doble muy mal!!!

Muy conveniente en cuanto a dinero, el personal muy amable. Algo a tener en cuenta es que cualquier sonido fuera de la habitacion se escucha como si estuviera dentro. Pero fue muy buena experiencia de todos modos.

I rented in Expedia 2 rooms at this motel 6. But 1 of them was infested with bed bugs. I call the front desk and nobody answered, so we have to walk and talk with the lady who just said sorry and told me she can’t do anything about it because the hotel rooms were sold out, but finally she made a phone call and asked the manager (she told us), about what she can do, so the instructions was if I want my money back I have to come back early in the morning because I have to talk with the manager. And this man (Erik) asked for proof so we showed him photo’s and videos to him about the bed bugs. But after that he said, we need to wait until one technician to check if everything that we said was true. So I talked to him and told him that it was impossible for me to wait because I have to travel back home. And at that time I didn’t know if I was going to get my money back or not. So right now I wouldn’t say the bed bugs were the bad part of my stay. It was the service because the entire time it was unprofessional and they showed no signs of empathy and never helped me even though it was during the middle of the night so I couldn’t find a place to stay for the middle of the night.

First of all I don’t have any expectations with the hotel because photos are one thing and the reality are other. If we start with the room... we decided to choose a king size bed and it wasn’t bad but with just two tiny and terrible pillows. The lights in our room didn’t work at the only lights was the bathroom and the ones we have in every side of our bed my side didn’t work too just my husband’s side. No microwave, no mini fridge, no clothes iron... NOTHING! Not even hair dryer. If we have to talk about the bathroom... it was a freaking tiny and uncomfortable, the Shower was... TERRIBLE. My husband had so many problems cause the shower head was very low so you had to bend over and you have to be very careful not to leave the entire bathroom full of water cause of the terrible curtain. At the end we felt very uncomfortable and kind of stress because the place was not big enough. My husband started to feel claustrophobic for that.

El cuarto estaba muy sucio al igual que los pasillos del hotel. La calefacción que usan es muy vieja y sale aire demasiado caliente o demasiado frío, pero nunca se pudo regular la temperatura que uno quiere, debido a que el calefactor era muy muy pero muy viejo.

The standard 1 king bed room was nice and appeared to be upgraded recently. The cleanliness was poor. Every corner was dirty and dusty. Was even visited by 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. There was no lid on the toilet so when you flush it sprays. The walls were dirty. But it was cheap and good for a one night stay. I would not stay again. But it was better than no where or sleeping in the car. Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Easy check in and check out. Overall it’s a no.

The hallway floor was soaking wet next to my room. The second night of my stay my key card didn’t work so I got a new card at the desk. The next morning at 8:15am housekeeping tried opening my door and told me I was already checked out. She wasn’t that friendly and told me to open the door. I wasn’t ready at all but showed her my email about my reservation. She said she would told the front desk. An hour later I’m about to leave and tried explaining what happened. He didn’t let me finish what I was saying and told me my key was in the check out container. I told him I had to get a new one the night before. He kinda looked at me and didn’t say much. I left feeling rushed and like I didn’t want to be there. No one apologized for the disturbance. I don’t want to stay there ever again.

I dont care for connecting rooms,if your not needing it. The shower was ODD. The bed was not comfortable, we foud hair on the bed ,under the pillows and under the first layer of sheets. We did not report it. We used our own blankets.

The first night I had a lot of problems with people upstairs and the very loud noises and it sounded like WWE going on. I had to call to the front office three different occasions to ask them to get them to stop. I asked them if they had families living up there because that's what it sounded like and they said they didn't. Finally at 11:30 somebody called me back and said they gave them a final warning. The next day it started to happen a little bit and then quit.

No airport shuttle, took forever for someone to answer when calling from cell phone or room phone. No hairdryer, shower was garbage, Tv wasn’t working, noisy as hell from outside or thin walls, sounded like a circus above me. At least the mattress was alright. But at the end of the day it’s my fault for booking the trip late.

For the price it was OK, and an airport hotel is expected to be a bit dirty/loud. I would stay again for the price but that is the only reason.

Sean, told us we didnt have a reservation n he had no more rooms. Expedia finally straightened it out!!, after a half hour. First, he didnt have any rooms on first floor, so he put us on second floor n no elevators, 2nd wouldnt except my military ID as ID, I dont drive I travel with my cousin, 3rd received a room that wasnt made up n then put us on first floor in room that TV didnt work. 4th, water was warm in shower at best. Most disappointing stay with Expedia n Motel 6!
