Pros: great location and facilities. Right next to a walking trail that goes along the river. Restaurant and bar were nice. Cons: $50 per pet cleaning fee, even for one night! Ouch! Be ready to wait at the front desk for at least 10 minutes watching the staff on the phone.

Extremely loud kids screaming all night up and down the halls... was told the room i was promised was not avail after i already payed the hundreds of dollars then offered a 12 dollar refund out of 300 then was told my room was empty and that another couple never showed up but would not let me move rooms like why tf even tell me then??...everything closes super early bars/ restaurants/ pool.... woke up next day the v power went out while I'm in the shower washing my hair and did not ever come back on spent the entire morning in the dark trying to pack and get ready...literally the worst experience I've ever had not even offered a free night nothing I'm highly disappointed

When we walked into our room I had noticed a massive spider crawling along the wall. My wife is terrified of them and so I had to handle the situation. It’s unsettling to find out that the property doesn’t have any service to prevent this situation.

This was a great stay and we had our dog with us. It’s an awesome pet area fenced in and a river view. The breakfast was also excellent. Very clean and comfortable stay. I would stay here again for sure.

My son and my love went to the Riverside. I decided not to rent them a car as most of what they were doing was pretty close by. The drivers didnt have to go the extra distance and they did. The hotel staff also recieves extra thumbs up as they were kind, complimentory, and went above to make their stay extra special. Im forever grateful!

Nice main lobby and restaurant. Friendlyish staff. Long long corridors and not suitable in poor weather. Beds uncomfortable and thin sheets. Could not cover past shoulders. Cocktails in bar overpriced and limited selections. Might be better in summer months.

We were given keys to a room that already had a customer in the room. Nothing like walking in a room and having people look at you. The hotel could use more signs showing how to get to the lobby from the back of the hotel. It's a giant maze.

Overall a great stay. Rooms didn’t feel super clean. I think renovations to rooms would help. Staff was extremely friendly. We chose this hotel for the pools and hot tubs. Which did not disappoint. The kids loved it and so did we. There are breweries nearby which allowed children. They are within walking distance but it was more exciting to ride the Lime scooters which was a bonus for us. The EV charging was great. Lots of plugs available. Had to ask front desk to activate the charger with their fob card to charge.

Great central location. Availablity of a variety of stuff. Price was good for the value of hotel. The bar attendant was excellence with customers. This was our 3rd stay and would highly recommend.
