We go quadding north of this establishment and it is very convenient to head out and back in from this location.. Dont have to drive thru town.

Was a great place! Clean and very nice rooms. Only complaint would be having to hear what I assumed to be a manager or owner bad mouthing an employee at the front desk to another employee. Theres a time and place for that and in a public area isnt one of them.

Beware of room 308 and 202. Both rooms having loud noise from ventilation vent. In 202, motor kick off noise will kick in before hot air come out from heater. Also, next door is laundry room. 308 having loud random pipe hitting noise from vent hole every 15 to 20 minutes whole night long.

Would recommend this over the chain hotel options in the area. cement block walls appear industrial but are excellent for blocking noise. Shower was one of the best hotel showers even compared to much more expensive properties. Bed was good... not too soft or hard. Variety of pillow firmness was good. Hotel breakfast was much better than other chain hotels. full buffet with hot selections, fresh fruit, breads and muffins. Selection of juices was also good.

2 restaurants attached to it both had amazing food. Room was amazing and very modern. I work in the oilfield and this place is top notch.

We have stayed at The Neighbourhood Inn repeatedly. We love the service and the amenities! It is a well run facility with wonderful front desk team!

Stayed in the Express building. Air conditioning was on when we arrived on a very warm day; that was nice, thank you! Breakfast buffet was lovely, and the food choices varied from one day to the next. Wait staff in the restaurant were great, as were front desk and housekeeping staff. Building is on the highway, but was quiet. Will definitely recommend The Neighbourhood Inn to family and friends!

Great place except for grumpy staff
On arrival in the early evening we were a little concerned as the person at the desk was quite grumpy and not very friendly, no real information provided about little things like the great Breakfast offered each day or anything helpful at all really. We found the same grumpy staff at the restaurant as well, always never very happy or friendly, even overheard bickering one evening from the back and the waitress that night was terrible and not friendly at all when all we came for was dessert and coffee. The lady at the front each morning was much better and very friendly. The breakfast offerings were awesome, a news paper would have been nice as well. Room was mostly clean when we got there and comfortable enough.

Best hotel in Bonnyville
This hotel was amazing. Best bang for my buck I've had in a long time with hotels. Very well kept and the free breakfast buffet is worth staying here on its own. Older building but the rooms are all updated and the best pillows on earth. Only negative I have is that my rooms a/c was loud as a jet engine when it came on but didn't bother me when I was a sleep. I would stay here again without even looking at any other hotels in Bonnyville.

The staff at reception from beginning to end were extremely friendly and efficient. The dining staff were among the best I have ever experienced and I have been to a large number of dining facilities in my life time. My only criticism would be the bed,,not the best . Everything was clean and quiet and safe
