“We had a great experience at the Elk Meadows property over New Years. The house is very well done with the kind of high end custom finishes you don't expect from a vacation rental. The straw bale construction is super warm and insulative and the views from the property are unbeatable! Absolutely gorgeous property and house. The driveway is very steep and even given the light snow this year was a bit dicey. People uncomfortable driving in winter snowy conditions on snow packed dirt roads may find...

We were given access to the unit next door until the plumber could come and check it out. No issues after he looked at it. Accommodates a lot of people if you use all the beds (although a single bathroom may present a problem if too many people stay). We just stayed in one bed and truly enjoyed Silverton and our stay! “Condo was large, clean and - via the Galloping Goose shuttle - provided easy access to town and the Gondola. We took the shuttle every day to the slopes. Good-sized garage. Ski lockers. We'd recommend staying here.”

“This condo was a short 2 block walk to the main gondola station. There are plenty of restaurants, retail within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the shower had good pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, and the Smart TV in the living room was nice.”

A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location. The staff was always available and accommodating and the cleaning service was top notch! The only issue we had was the continuous plugging of the toilets and broken bathtub water faucet handle. We made due, fixed it ourselves and notified...
