The bathroom don’t have curtains, toilet bowl cover missing, soap dish broken, no elevator hard to carry heavy luggage, etc

Blitzsauber, ruhig und sehr sicher
Ein wunderschönes gemütliches und blitzsauber Plätzchen mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und mein Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen ohne Straßen oder Party Lärm. Es macht sehr sicherer Eindruck das Personal kümmert sich und wollte Gäste und und Ihrer Sicherheit wenn ich jemals wieder nach Boracay komme und dann weiß ich wo ich bleiben möchte 5 Sterne und Weiterempfehlung

Hotel is located close to the city center. New & Comfy rooms and you can cook you own food in the common kitchen. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely will visit Cool Stay Inn on our next trip to Boracay.

Home away from home
It is far from the main road but near the back beach or bulabog beach. It is a superb budget place. You can cook your meal because they provide cookwares (rice cooker, pan, kettle and even utensils). It is like a home away from home. Staff are not so smiling and friendly but still provides what we need. We were upgraded to a bigger room too.

Yes we are not a beachfront hotel, you say we are far from the main road (it exactly 212 meters from our door step to the main road) Very nice to hear that you consider us to be your home away from home.
